Beachfront holiday rental in Middlesex County

We had two adults in five young kids and we had plenty of space and the sleeping arrangements worked out great. The location was great- It was a five minute drive to. Wachusett Mt., and we had a great dinner at the old Mill Tavern, which was about 2 miles away. The house was perfect, beautiful spot right on the lake. We hope to go back in a warm weather and enjoy the kayaks and outdoor fire pit, etc..

Such a beautiful spot! Kathy was extremely communicative - everything went smoothly and I did not need anything but she made herself available if I did. The home was clean and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I hope to be back soon!

Doug and Hope were fantastic hosts. Very friendly and willing to help with anything I may have needed. I especially appreciated the extra attention they put into welcoming us by giving a small welcome gift and note. You can tell they pay attention to the details. The property is beautiful as well! Loved our time there.

4.5/5 stars It's a small and cozy place in a beautiful location. The place had a lot of amenities and the staircase upstairs to the bedroom is nice. Only critiques would be that the outer stairs were incredibly icy and had not been salted beforehand. And the house is colder than we expected. Would come here again.

We stayed here for a short weekend trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything in the North End was easily within walking distance, and North Station was just a couple blocks away making it easy to travel and see the entire city. The place was perfect for our needs and our host was responsive, clear, and accommodating during check-in/checkout. Definitely would recommend!!

Beautiful private home with a great view of the harbor and walkable to restaurants, groceries, and water taxis. Loved the peacefulness of the place and the privacy it offered. Hosts were consistently kind and helpful. Had a couple small hiccups with dysfunctional internet (fixed the next day after we brought it up, problem was the doing of a previous guest) and their brand new grill had not quite been fully assembled so we pivoted and cooked our steaks inside instead but knowing the hosts I suspect that issue has been fully resolved and won’t be a problem again in the future. They were kind and responsive and we always appreciated that!

Great location! Visited my daughter at Wellesley and loved the convenience of getting to/from the college and the walking proximity to town! Easy to get to the home, and Patty was very responsive and helpful through my stay

Absolutely beautiful location. Home was very cozy. Love the kitchen! Brian is a great host. Extremely proactive, helpful and gave great recommendations. Neighborhood is quiet and those around are friendly. Definitely recommend staying at this location again. Wish I would have stayed in warmer weather to utilize the property to its full potential.

Clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Loved the small touches like k-cups and beverages (even a fresh carton of half and half for coffee). Very quiet location but quick walk to stores or walk along the water. Kathleen was friendly and easy to communicate with. Perfect stay !

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Joanne’s place is a perfect getaway. It is very clean, well-appointed and on a picturesque lakefront setting. We would happily stay here again without hesitation! Thank you Joanne for being a great host.

My husband and I had the coziest stay at this home. The suite was inviting and extremely clean. Lynwood and Denise are such kind and inviting hosts. Would love to stay here again!

We loved staying at Dean’s home. It was the perfect spot for a swim meet weekend for our two families. Dean was always very responsive when I reached out to him and even allowed us to extend our time at a decent rate. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Dean!
