Location, location, location! What a great spot tucked in by several wonderful coffee houses and vintage shops. With a reserved spot (rare in St Aug), and only an 8 minute walk from Old Town.

We love this place! Walking distance to the heart of St. Augustine, everything in the place was very nice, hosts were great, very friendly, quiet neighborhood. The casita in the back was great for a few people that wanted some privacy, overall highly recommend !

This house was amazing!!! As well as the host we will for sure book this house again.

The area is not far to a main street with restaurants, grocery stores, and clear access to highways. The grill was easy to use and the beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We had a slight hiccup with check-in but the host was very responsive and flexible.

Great beach house! It was just 2 of us, but there was planety of room for a bigger group. Clean and comfortable. Being across from Cresent beach was fantastic. Would definitely stay again!!

Katie was an excellent host and was always responsive, even to concerns that surfaced later in the evening. She was responsive and always provided friendly and clear communication. The house was in great condition and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

Beautiful home. Great for two families. We had a great time. Heated pool was very nice. Great size. Fun games and activities in the home. Overall great place to stay and close to everything.

We really loved the Hidden Oasis, and was very comfortable for our family including two young kids. They/we all enjoyed the pool and water toys. We spent hours in it daily. We cooked at home most days and there was plenty of different sized pots and pans. We really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs with us and we could tell they felt right at home. My husband enjoyed the multiple miles of biking in the area and we also appreciated the neighborhood for safe dog-walking. We also appreciated the proximity of the beach and boogie boarding. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I have to say we have a few hiccups on our end and Alex and his wife were so understanding and respectful and just overall probably the most accommodating hosts I’ve ever dealt with. I would say the photos do the back area no justice. It’s so peaceful and serene and privacy like no other. I recommend anyone who likes comfort and peace over everything else to stay here. The beds were so comfy and the layout is perfect. I’ve lived in Jacksonville my entire life and never knew this area had such privacy and space. I would stay here hands down over anywhere we had to stay while we were having our home worked on. They were flexible and just amazing people.

My husband, little dog, and I loved the Southern Charmer! It was a great place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We stayed at Pauline’s house next door last year for my birthday and I had stayed there another time with my husband’s sisters. Both houses are great and the location cannot be beat. Close to downtown but in a quiet residential area so it is very peaceful. The views from the Southern Charmer are beautiful. Pauline is a great host. Super responsive and accommodating.

Emmanuelle met us on day one and was super friendly and inviting. Her cottage is just what we needed. It allowed dogs (we have 3), it had a fenced in area where we could let them off lease and see the horses, and it had a beautiful walking/biking path very nearby. My only nit pick is that the bed is on the smaller size for two adults, but like it said, that’s nit picking. Otherwise, it is a perfect country getaway where you can connect with nature and is only 25-30 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine.

Check in was a breeze and we found the place exactly as it was described. Bunlim and Annie were quick with their responses and sweet to accommodate our requests. I would highly recommend and will be excited to stay again if the opportunity arises.

It was a great stay! Everything was nice and peaceful.

Greatly priced and clear instructions for check in when we arrived after 11 pm. There was a big storm so there were some trees by the staircase. They were cleared the very next day and that was no fault of the host. The stay was seamless. The beds and towels were clean. There was NO random hair in random places. The fine details of making sure no one’s hair is left behind is worth a million dollars to us. We would’ve contacted the host if needed but there was no need. One small detail is that the rugs are a slight trip hazard. Highly recommend!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and the right size for what we needed. Holly was very responsive and helpful when we had a problem with the downstairs shower. The pictures on the listing are definitely from several years ago (the rug is now faded, several kitchen cabinets missing handles, corn hole game rotten in the back yard, etc.) We also noticed that the place is very echo-y because of the tile floor. None of these things were big problems for us, just something to be aware of. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe walking around. The beach was close, but you do have to cross a busy 4 lane road with no crosswalk if you want to walk straight there. There is a crosswalk 1 block south to use as well. All in all, we were satisfied with our choice to stay here.

I enjoyed staying in Raymonds quiet quaint little home very peaceful

Stayed here for one month and it felt like home! was clean when arrived,very spacious living areas and backyard,the street it’s on is also very quiet, this was a great stay for me and my dog!

Martie’s place is perfect for a relaxing beach stay in a quiet neighborhood. Only a short walk to the beach with no stairs! We love all the unique artistic touches. The unit is well supplied, the beds are very comfy and the back yard is great! Martie is very responsive to any needs and is readily available. We’ll be back next year!
