Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Middle Franconia

Very nice hosts and a place in a great location, not far from Rothenburg and Dinkelsbühl. The accommodation, next door is wonderfully located in front of the Burg and the wildlife enclosure. Very good restaurants are easy to find in the nearby area. Absolutely recommended!

The place was beautiful. The garden is unique and spacious. Here you can focus wonderfully on playing games and spending time together. Wonderful for a weekend with friends or family. The dogs also felt very at home.

Hubert and Jutta are enchantingly beautiful and idyllic. They welcomed us very warmly. The sheep and the cozy dog also welcomed us immediately. When we were there, there were outside temperatures of -13 degrees at night. At the time, slippers are recommended in such a great,old farmhouse. Otherwise, it was cuddly warm. We will be back! Thank you!

The place was a dream! We were there 4 adults with 3 children and a toddler over New Year's Eve and also for our youngest there was complete equipment and it was all child-proof. The apartment is beautifully decorated, everything very neat and clean. You will find everything you need. Martin was a friendly and helpful host, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend it.

The House is located right next to a small lake with very beautiful scenary. Quite place. The house is very clean, with all kitchen ware availible. Most surprisingly the welcome bread and fruit from Fabian, who is a very nice landlord. We will visit again next year!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The house is a real home and you can feel the love in every detail. It has anything you may need. Fantastic for kids with a variety of toys and playground equipment. There are chickens and birdhouses full of chirping starlings and others. There is also a fantastic outdoor area which we would definitely enjoy if we came in warmer season. Brigit was really helpful and unmatchedly friendly. I absolutely recommend this listing. It's pure treasure.

Stayed for a couple of nights with kids. Enjoyed the place and surroundings. Pretty much isolated village surrounded by farms. Lots of great hiking opportunities in radius of 10 minutes by car. The nearest grocery store in 7 minutes by car.

My dog and I felt right at home. Just arrived, right on the edge of the field. Unfortunately, I did not meet Christine in person, but the exchange and communication was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Every question was answered directly, the response time is almost seconds fast:) The only downside to the place was that we hadn't booked longer. We didn't want to leave 🥰

A nice place to stay overnight in transit with our dreams. It was clean and quiet. Within walking distance of the city center where you can have a drink or eat and in the morning a delicious bakery nearby.

For our climbing trip to Franconia, this place was the perfect place to relax before and after the busy days. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and was also otherwise in great condition. We felt right at home! Thank you.

Very nice apartment, ideal for a family. Close enough to Nuremberg, which can be reached by S-bahn. Sabine has been very prompt to answer any small question. Highly recommended

Hubert and Eva are warm and gracious hosts; they have many brochures about the Romantic Road and provide a lot of helpful tips about places to visit. Hubert met us when we arrived in the evening and showed us the huge apartment over their home, located in a very quiet residential street. Great location – less than 10 minutes to Rothenburg and just 5 min. to the Aldi and Lidl stores. Many nearby charming towns are close enough for enjoyable day trips, and the hosts let us park our car in their driveway. There was so much space in the large living and dining rooms for our family of five. Both bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and warm. Very large bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and two wide sinks. The apartment had lots of natural light and the windows have light-blocking shades for a restful sleep. The kitchen was well stocked to make breakfast and dinner and the hosts even included a welcome tray of beer, orange juice & milk! We had a lovely stay for the Christmas markets.

In the course of my work assignment, I have rented the beautiful apartment for a month. Very comfortable stay. Apartment is kept clean by cleaning service..host very friendly and cooperative..Parking available. Would love to do it again if there's another chance!

Good day. I stayed there with my wife from 27.11 to 9.12.24. I really liked everything. Quiet place, close to the center and the embankment, cozy clean apartment, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, hospitable hosts, there is a place to put the car. Check-in was quick, at 13.00 we could check in, the hostess gave us the keys, they live in the same house and showed us everything around the apartment, there was also a treat(sweet pie and candy), a bottle of water, which was very pleasant. Also, then we were treated to cookies, offered vegetables from our own greenhouse, it was very nice of them. We had a great time there. Thank you for the coziness and hospitality! Gera's place is a real gem. The flat is really comfortable, with so many well-thought little details that make the stay really perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. It was great to reach the Messe and near public transport. Gera was also very fast to respond and friendly at all times. Would love to come back.

We had a great time at Matthias's place. His parents were super nice, the apartment top and our son had a lot of fun with the toys. We'll be happy to come longer next time

Beautiful, clean, very spacious apartment! Andrea was very accommodating, provided a high chair, fallout protection and children's bedding. The kitchen is super equipped! At the beginning it was a bit cold in the apartment but due to the fireplace and the wood provided we had it nice and cozy warm.

Absolutely top, nice quiet area, a really cute apartment, everything clean, well equipped and extremely affectionate hosts. I'd love to come back.
