Amei !! Everything very clean, organized, great space, with plenty of kitchen utensils that helped us a lot !! Only one addendum, the entrance door of the ap. We're making noise when it comes time to open, but that's all it is.

This is the second time we have stayed at this accommodation and it is great, very airy, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the pool, the pools and the game room are very cool, the host always responds when it is needed, we will certainly come back more often.

Clean and cozy apartment, facing the beach, easy access to everything, wonderful beach, I loved it. Mr. Arthur was super flexible and responded to us quickly. The only point is that the air conditioning in the room was not working, otherwise everything was perfect.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Hellen's house delight! All clean and neat. And the beach is a grace! Tranquila, beautiful and with a community of fishermen (small and safe). The house matches what's listed. Quiet, very safe location, located inside a condominium but also gives access to non-residents. Very close to the beach, just 200 meters on a quiet street. You already go out on the beach right under some trees that make a big shade. If you arrive early, you don't even need to bring a sunshade. For those who like to "fry," there is plenty of space on the sand as well. Very calm beach, looks like a pool, great for everyone. There are kiosks and carts that serve tourists and there are also kiosks that are further to the left of the beach but that deliver the portions wherever you are. We loved the place and the accommodation. Very good.

I went out for a walk with friends. Me and they were delighted with the place. Amazing stay. Beautiful sea views! Well located house with leisure area and amazing garden. Full kitchen, and the best 2 refrigerators. Claudino always responding quickly and attentively. The location of the apartment is wonderful, with a short walk we are on the beach of Toninhas, which is a very familiar beach with a fantastic nature! The apartment is in an old condominium, it is simple, but it was well organized and clean. It is a suitable space for up to 4 people, as we were in 3 for us to be of great size. It has 2 air conditioners working perfectly, 2 televisions (one of them smartv) and a good internet. The structure corresponds to the photos and the listing. Just one note: to return from the beach has a steep ramp, and a flight of stairs to access the apt, so those who have difficulty locomotion may have a bit of a problem. In our case it was quiet the route.

Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!

I loved our stay, ap. Perfect, everything new and the great space, I was surprised, much more than expected… everything I needed to cook (bowls, dishes, etc.) had to spare. The easy access location is very quiet, Mr. Quite requested, mt gentleman… If I have the opportunity I will come back other times, I recommend it!

Anyway, rent it without fear, it was by far the best stay we had in Ubatuba. Outside the condominium that is practically a resort of so much to do!
