Holiday rentals with a patio in Mid Sussex District

Fantastic Flat, close to local facilities and great for a break away where you need to work from ‘home’ Really comfortable, clean and spotless, nice to see some essentials left in the cupboards too so you don’t have to run down to the (VERY) local shop as well. Would highly recommend - Host very helpful too and always responsive to questions.

great property ideal for our work over in Shepperton, only 20min commute, good accouple of pubs and restaurant near by, secure parking for a work vehicle and easy to keep a eye on it,

Great location for the station, beach and shops. Ten mins walk to all three. Lots of tea, coffee, kitchen roll, hand soap, loo rolls and other toiletries were provided which were greatly appreciated. Host provided excellent help with parking and if we need a base again in Worthing I will be rebooking.

Rebecca and Scott were fantastic hosts. Their place was the perfect interim home for 3 weeks whilst we awaited getting our new house and have found it hard to say goodbye when we had to leave. They were so responsive and helpful for any questions we had during our long stay and we would definitely recommend staying here. Beautiful location in Shere with so many walks on your doorstep! Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

We had an excellent stay at Jonathan's place in Petworth over a couple of nights for my wife's birthday. Jonathan was very friendly and extremely responsive and sorted us out with some great local recommendations. The house is in a perfect location in the centre of petworth within walking distance of the restaurants, pubs and shops. We couldn't really fault anything about our choice to stay at Jonathan's. Thank you very much!

We had a lovely relaxing stay here. It felt like a really cozy home with the added benefit of the hot tub as well. Lovely walks on the door step and walkable to a few different pubs for drinks and/or dinner. Fully equipped kitchen was handy too. Easy to find and good parking. Megan was also very responsive.

Great place to stay , parking limited and tight. Very good location excellent pub the Dover Castle Great Chinese at the end of the road. will book again when working in Brighton . Only 1 big draw bag the big hill called cardiac Hill so steep !!!!!!

We had a brilliant time staying in Jane's beautiful home. It was comfortable, spacious and immaculate. It was also easy to get into the city centre, whilst allowing us to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. Plenty of amenities nearby and easy to find. Our host was extremely responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. Would happily stay again!

Rob: Best host ever? Easily! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a personalised welcome card which – a touch that immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. The directions to the property, the beach, and the woodland were so detailed, they were almost a mini-adventure in themselves! And on-tap filtered water? Pure genius! The property was clean and felt wonderfully homely. Rob’s communication was simply outstanding; he anticipated every need and answered every question before we even asked. He's like a host with superpowers. The private beach was the star of the show. The dramatic tides transformed the landscape twice daily, making it feel like we were experiencing two completely different beaches. It was truly magical. Plus, the friendly neighbours on the private estate added to the welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a relaxing escape with a host who goes above and beyond, this is it!

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location by Hove Lawns . Well kept and maintained. Good quality bed linen and towels. A very peaceful place to stay: A bonus having the lovely outside space which our fur baby enjoyed too . We will definitely be staying here again . We had a fantastic stay at David's place! The space was very clean and beautifully decorated, and there was everything we needed to relax, cook, and enjoy our stay. The location was perfect with easy access to the sea front and the city centre. We parked up at the Buzz Bingo hall car park which worked really well for us. David was communicative and his instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had a lovely weekend and would definitely visit again.

We needed a temporary home for a month while we were in between places and Nicky’s was just the place! Well equipped, very spacious and comfortable bed - a perfect stay! Nicky helped with everything we needed and was so responsive. Was sparkling clean and we felt right at home and the outside patio is a real bonus! Would recommend

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.
