Very good host with a convenient location! Strongly recommend for those who want to explore Bourbon, Frenchmen Street, and Mid-City.

Large bedrooms and had all of the amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Easy check in and check out process. None of the tedious expectations you see in other Air Bnbs. Great location that is about a 15 minute drive from the typical New Orleans tourist attractions. Very responsive host. Dawn was great!

We loved our stay at Jessie’s! It was a great little space and served as a comfy home base for our stay in New Orleans. We appreciated the space and super comfy beds.

Asia's place was as described and in the perfect area by Frenchman and a short 15-20 minute walk to the quarter. She was great with communication and the apartment is perfect for 2-4 people. I will definitely be staying here again the next time we head to NOLA! 10/10

The place was exactly what we needed for our trip to New Orleans. The neighborhood is walkable with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Additionally, you can walk to Crescent Park which offers a lovely walking path and views of the river and downtown skyline. The amenities were fairly basic but very comfortable.

We loved our stay! The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The location is super close to the French quarter and a short Uber away from everything. The place was very clean the decor was cute! Cutie is very responsive and gave us many local restaurants and places to see. We will definitely be returning.

Extremely clean unit with no clutter. Very well taken care of and had lovely extras (snacks, water, etc). Bathroom small between the toilet and vanity (must sit sideways), but great shower! Only other issue is noise from unit above. Could literally hear someone snoring - but earplugs are provided and helped tremendously. Bed very comfy and plenty of pillows/bedding available. Entire unit is a great size for two people, more than enough room. Easy to walk to many things on St. Charles and convenient.

we only stayed one night, but our host was super accommodating with us and let us check in early (we were getting off a cruise). the place was super clean and in a quiet neighborhood. it was a perfect location if you’re looking to stay in a more quiet location in new orleans. was a quick uber ride away from french quarter and garden district. would definitely recommend!

New Orleans is one of my favorite cities. I have visited it many times. This visit (January 2025) was my first time to stay in Mid-City and it won’t be my last! The house is absolutely beautiful and so well done. It even has room for off street parking for two cars. The neighborhood is also beautiful and walkable, friendly, fun, a convenient drive or Uber to other parts of the city. I was there with two dearest soul friends on a new year getaway. We all slept well (comfy beds and linens) and had more than enough room. The heat kept us warm during the cold snap. We could have prepared gourmet meals in the fabulous kitchen but ate out instead because you must go to restaurants when in the Crescent City! This is a 5 star house in a 5 star city! I cannot wait to stay here again. Big thanks to Emily—a terrific host!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, quiet, safe, and nice neighborhood. The house was lovely and had everything we needed.

We unfortunately had to cancel on the day of check in because New Orleans sufferered from a once-in-a-decade snow/ice storm that made it unsafe/impossible to travel. Peter was kind and generous enough to cancel our stay and provide a full refund. So we cannot comment on the place itself, but we are grateful to Peter for his flexibility. Thank you! For that, five stars.

Excellent host in a wonderful neighborhood. Home was well suited for 6 adults. Outdoor areas (deck and front porch) were appreciated.

Gary's home offers the perfect blend of style and convenience. It was our home base during a conference and offered the perfect place to relax after a long day. A+++++
