Excellent view. Spacious place for a big family. Caleta is a warm Chikito and comfortable place to clear the routine for a while. The house only lacks ventilation Very hot and fans need maintenance. Outside of the place is highly recommended

The place is spectacular, first-class facilities with an architecture that integrates harmoniously with the beautiful landscape. The attention is unbeatable, I went with my mother in a wheelchair and all the staff was empathetic with the situation, they helped us and procured at all times our comfort. Many congratulations!

The place and service are exceptional, with warmth and great service. We were touched by the coldest room on the property but they took us a heater and extra blankets. We'd be happy to come back.

An excellent place, very beautiful and accessible. With nice common areas and family schedule to really rest. My girlfriend and I were delighted with the comfort of the room and the proximity to downtown. I highly recommend it

A good place to stay. Less than 10 minutes away from the main square, walking. Having covered parking is a plus. The room is OK but I think you need a fan or air(in fact at the time of booking the listing mentioned air conditioning but there was no. Whoever took care of us said that Patzcuaro is not necessary because of the weather. Maybe he's right, but we just got into the room and into a lot of heat, we had to open the windows and that took away our privacy and that took away our privacy). The treatment has been very nice. It allowed us to leave our car parked for a few more hours after checkout. We'll definitely be back in a new one opportunity to visit this beautiful city.

Ana’s place was great!l for a short stay in Colima! It was clean and had everything you needed in order to wash and dry clothes. It had added details that were thoughtful for travelers, such a a-tips, soap, and shampoo. I enjoyed the entire building. The staff downstairs in the cafe were very friendly and the food and beverages were very tasty. I loved the balcony view and that the place was in walking distance to everything you need. The noise was personally not an issue for me as the bed so so comfortable, I slept so well. But of course you are in the city center so just something to think about. There’s even a place to store your care overnight if you need to. I will definitely be back to stay at this charming boutique hotel. Oh and the decor and overall vibe was great!

As a hotelier I can say that my stay in this place exceeded all my expectations, from the first moment, the attention to detail was evident, the space was spotless, well decorated and with all the comforts one expects to find. The place allows pets, it has a private pool with heated water, they have barbecue (subject to availability) in case you want as well as us to enjoy a barbecue on the terrace. The bathroom shower for my taste is a little more pressure away from that out, everything was incredible. Thank you for everything, we had an amazing time!! ✨❤️

Just commenting that we struggled a little with the hot water, it takes time to go out and very little comes out but everything else is excellent, the lady who welcomed us super attentive and helpful.
