Philippe‘s house had everything you need for a peaceful and cozy vacation. The properties is beautiful and private. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We could have stayed a month. Philippe is very responsive although there wasn’t much that we needed. The amenities, the vibe, location, the energy of the house is just awesome! We will be back!

The place looks better in reality than we expected from the photos. The house is equipped with everything you need. But the best thing was our hostess, who is very warm and friendly. We arrived an hour earlier than announced and the house cleaning was still in progress. Nevertheless, we were immediately admitted and offered a beer as a welcome. Should we be near Biscarrosse again, we will book this place again.

Our hosts were welcoming and the communication and instructions were clear and easy. The house is very nice, large, with everything you need in it. Large and well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities and good equipment. Same on the laundry room side with very practical washing machine and dryer. Beautiful functional rooms. Beautiful living room, very nice and large enough to eat for 8. Very nice well-appointed exterior that makes you want to come back in the middle of summer! Amenities are very close as are beautiful walks and things to see. We were very pleased with our stay and the house perfectly matched its description and our needs. Thanks Mark and Alexandra!

Unfortunately, we couldn't test the bikes due to bad weather but several bikes are available. Functional accommodation, superb master suite. We had a great time at Katherine's place. The house matches the description perfectly and is perfectly equipped, you will find everything you need there for sure. Very well renovated, it is impeccably clean. And the bakery right next door is great! It's a very nice little extra for good breakfasts. We went to Catherine's place because we had an FFSA Karting competition at the Escource Circuit. Catherine was very hospitable, The house is beautiful with all the comforts you need and everything at your disposal. There's absolutely nothing missing. The environment is very peaceful it's really nice and super quiet There's plenty of space to park without any issues. It was a very positive first experience. The house is very nice, well located regarding the beaches and areas of interest and, the place is very quiet. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived.
