Very pleasant stay in a very spacious house with a large pool. Host available. Calm neighborhood and easy access to the beaches by bike.

We had a great time at Julien's house. It is perfect for two families or up to four couples. He was very helpful with everything. The pool is heated and amazing, the house is beautiful and very well laid out, and everything works well. The barbecue is great, the kitchen well equipped, the beds comfortable. We really had a great time! We usually rent old, creaky, drafty villas in Hossegor, surrounded by pine trees and hoards of mosquitoes - this, to us, is "the real Hossegor". This house was the opposite in every respect, for better and for worse!

Second visit to this host and once again everything went very well I recommend it!

Philippe‘s house had everything you need for a peaceful and cozy vacation. The properties is beautiful and private. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We could have stayed a month. Philippe is very responsive although there wasn’t much that we needed. The amenities, the vibe, location, the energy of the house is just awesome! We will be back!

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms sufficiently far from each other arranged around the living room, very pleasant, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real happiness! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We wish we had stayed longer!

It's a different house to the ones we've been but it's very nice and it's a quiet area. The pool is very clean, we had access to the barbecue and the house had everything you need. The owner is very attentive and responds very quickly. We really liked it and it is highly recommended if you are going to spend a few days.

The place looks better in reality than we suspected from the photos. The house is equipped with everything you need. But the best part was our host, who is very warm and friendly. We arrived an hour earlier than advertised and the house cleaning was still underway. Nevertheless, we were immediately let in and offered us a beer to welcome us. If we are close to Biscarrosse again, we will book this accommodation again.

Our hosts were welcoming and the communication and instructions were clear and easy. The house is very nice, large, with everything you need in it. Large and well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities and good equipment. The same goes for the laundry room with a very convenient washing machine and dryer. Beautiful functional rooms. Beautiful living room very nice and large enough to eat at 8. Very nice, well-appointed exterior that makes you want to come back in the middle of summer! Excellent welcome. Very responsive and flexible host. Very good location (near lake and sea). On the other hand, a lot of vis-à-vis the neighbors. Also, it would be a plus to install curtains/shutters for the small window of the master bedroom.

We had a lovely stay at this place. There were 9 of us and that was fine. The house is well-equipped, in a very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The host and concierge are welcoming and responsive to messages sent. The location is ideal, next to the sea and some shops, 15 minutes from Bayonne ... Thank you for everything!

Excellent stay with girlfriends in Seignosse's beautiful house, ideally located in this very beautiful region! The house is very well arranged and the garden very nice. Bruno and Sylvie are super friendly and were very available to help us if needed. We will come back and recommend 100%.

Overall we had a nice stay. The accommodation was very nice with a garden and a beautiful terrace. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. A quiet environment close to the forest. Ingrid is very kind, smiling and was very responsive in answering our questions.

Carlos and Claudine are considerate and accommodating hosts. The house is as described,so no disappointment upon arrival. On the contrary, the decor is warm and there is nothing missing either for the bedding or for the kitchen and table. The environment of the house is quiet and ideal for starting walking or cycling. Listing as described. Lovely house in a quiet and peaceful location. It has everything you need inside and even a lot of bonuses: books, children's games, my son was super happy. Unfortunately, we couldn't test the bikes due to the bad weather but several bikes available. We had a great time at Katherine's place. The house is exactly as described and is perfectly equipped, you will find everything you need there for sure. Very well renovated, it is impeccably clean. And the bakery right next door is great! It's a very nice little extra for good breakfasts. The only regret we have is not being able to stay longer, but we will be back with great pleasure! Small house , well equipped , located in a quiet location. The hot tub is really great after a day of walking . We were warmly welcomed by Claudia , who spoiled us with breakfast on the day of our departure .

The accommodation was very well located, restaurants not far on foot. We were able to walk to the beach. We had our dogs with us and they were able to get out and get some fresh air on the back deck. Of course, our dogs were in need outside of the accommodation. Kitchen question, we only had breakfast. We found everything we needed. the owners have interacted with and are very attentive. If we were to come back to the area, we would not hesitate to come back. We would recommend this listing.

We had a great time at Angelique and Quentin's house. The photos fully match the property available. All the equipment was functional, the house and garden were very pleasant to live in. Plus, the hosts were responsive and flexible. In short, we highly recommend!

Very nice stay for a small family, positive point: fenced garden for animals. Very well equipped house, games are even available. Only regret, having only stayed one night because the Landes deserve to be visited. Alexandre is a responsive and accommodating host. i recommend it!
