The place is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Ideal for a quiet stay. Check-in is easy and the friendly guard at the front desk.

A very spacious two bedroom with a balcony overlooking a leafy street. But despite being on the street, the place is surprisingly quiet. The interior is designed in a modern style and feels very chic althoughThe bathroom and the shower could use an update but more than adequate for those who are not very picky. Every amenity you may need is provided. The location is unbeatable since practically everything you need is within walking distance. We even walked to historical center. The place is very safe and all the surrounding neighborhoods also felt very safe to us.

A place of 10 , I went to a concert in the national auditorium and moving from the accommodation to the auditorium and its surroundings was easy, fast and safe … many things to do ! Sure I come back

The accommodation is very well equipped, its location is good, has nearby supermarket, pharmacy restaurants etc, is spacious The only thing we didn't like was the building staff, I'm not friendly, it's a whole roll to check in or make use of the ameninades. I recommend it

We loved the place, the area very quiet the accesses to places such as reform, angel of independence, and historic center of quick access, minus in picos jajajaj, if you have a loaf of cooking at the Vuelta is a super-rich runner, everything you have at hand restaurants, supercitos, parks, ecobicis… I'm coming again, we missed it because we met Cd. Mx. We'll be back! And we'll be back with Andrea!

A perfect place to stay for short term stays. The concierge and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. Good part of the city. If I came back to Mexico City for a week, I would repeat. :)

This apartment is just as described. It also was very safe with a guarded front door. The people in the building were all very nice. The beds were comfortable and the linens clean. Ample amount of hot water for showers. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint and professionally cleaned couch but is very clean and spacious.

The depa is just like the photos, very clean, super located, has parking, the area is quiet, it has a construction next door that if you are in the day it is quite noise. The area is close to museums, plazas, has access facilities to get wherever you want. There are two rooms in each one there is a bed. And in the living room a sofa bed, I rest the beds of the delicious rooms to the very good quality sheets. I take care of the apartment in everything. It feels very nice to be in it. The super attentive host to a detail with the apartment lock and resolved in less than a day. The truth is worth what we paid for the 3 day stay. Thank you 🙏

The location is a good balance between peaceful and well located. With anything needed in walking distance and the local park 15 minutes walk away, the apartment is convenient. It is in a quiet part of La condesa so while a 10-15 minute walk from some hubs of activity the apartment’s street is quiet.

This area is near to food markets, street stalls, many restaurants and pubs, two metro lines and Arena Mexico. Viva La Lucha Libre!!!

This was our first trip to Mexico City and this was an amazing location. Walkable to so many things, beautiful parks, variety of restaurants and shops and easy to grab an Uber or cab from. We loved sitting on the balcony looking over the city lights and observing the action. The apartment was well equipped and we could simply unpack and enjoy. The building was very safe and the building staff excellent. The roof top pool was a great amenity. The most incredible thing was watching the sunrise over the mountains, it was magical. Viridiana was quick to respond, helpful and friendly. We loved sleeping with the balcony doors open and as mentioned it could be loud from the cars but hey you are in a big city. You could of course close the doors and use the fan we just preferred the doors open. Loved every minute of our visit. Thank you Viridiana!

We loved the whole experience. Alma was clear, friendly and responsive. The doormen were friendly and helpful with our bags. The apartment was clean and full of light, with a great view of the trees in Parque Espana. It was easy to get in and out. Things worked. The beds were comfortable. The location was excellent. We will be back.

It is a beautiful place where it is a pleasure to stay permanently or vacation for a few days or weeks. Front house service, security, gardening, cleaning of common areas and a community atmosphere that make you want to stay longer. The apartment has everything and is built and prepared with very good taste. Yasmin is one of the best hosts we have had the opportunity to meet. Very responsive and diligent. The place offers wonderful alternatives for cultural entertainment, shopping, restaurants, theater, grocery stores, in short, everything is close and very beautiful. Everything can be visited on foot. The area is a privileged place in Mexico City that you should not hesitate to choose for your next vacation.

Such a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. We loved our stay at Chris’s place. The beds were really comfortable, the furniture and art are beautiful and stylish plus the foosball table and games were a load of fun for a family vacation. Chris was thoughtful and easy to communicate with and the bottle of mezcal are left us as welcome gift was such a lovely surprise. Would absolutely love to stay again ❤️

The space made us feel truly at home, but Ernesto's treatment and attention takes much more than 5 stars. She was always attentive to us and our needs facilitating the stay from start to finish. We were the happiest and hope to be back soon.

We have loved staying with Patricia and Estelita - they are such attentive hosts, and have created a home away from home for their guests. The charming house is very well located, with a lovely porch and garden. As a young family, new to CDMX, we felt so welcome and secure. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Nathaly's beautiful home in La Condessa! Booked this with 6 girlfriends for a bday trip to CDMX and could not have been happier. The home is charming with tons of space for a large group, so many spots to hang out in and the location was so perfect for us. Beautiful quiet safe little charming neighborhood that's really walkable to cute coffee shops and restaurants etc. Nathaly was really responsive and accommodating to a couple of requests we had and I'd 12/10 book this spot again for a return trip. :) The home was also super clean and we loved the decor. Lots of space for all different kinds of sleeping arrangements and the house was well stocked with extra blankets, towels, etc.

The place was perfect for what I needed it, they were always in touch and I was able to check in smoothly even at night. It really was almost everything perfect, but the only thing I would have liked is that the terrace had a door for security and to avoid the cold, but already from there, everything was fine.
