Very well located for visiting Venice by train. Private parking. 5 minutes by car from the center, the train station, and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Good communication. Highly recommended.

If I had the chance to give a "sixth star" I would give it. I was greeted by the very kind Raffaele who personally waited for me to show me the accommodation. I really appreciate this type of reception rather than the keybox. The attic is really magnificent tastefully furnished, with independent heating, with plenty of space for clothes, a table and a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom is just perfect. Everything is tidy and the rooms are super clean. The breakfast prepared by Raffaele could not have been better and his company was much appreciated. The location is perfect for visiting Treviso since it is a short walk from the ancient walls but also for jogging along the Sile. I highly recommend this place because it still retains the AirB&B spirit of the past, the human relationship! Thank you Margherita, thank you Raffaele.

Francesco and Sara are very friendly and genuine. They welcomed us home and explained everything you needed to know for a pleasant visit to Venice and its surroundings. The house is a typical Venetian villa and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The cigliegina on the cake at the end of the stay was a demonstration of one of his musical inventions; ask him to learn more. Highly recommended host for kindness and availability! We'll see you again!

Best thing was that Adriana picked me up from the local train station (Dolo) well after midnight since my flight was very delayed. She also let me know someone else was staying so I knew if I heard anything, it would be the other guest. The blanket on the bed had several dark small stains and there was dust in some of the drawers. Apart from that, it was clean. In the booking it mentioned “2 guest maximum” which I assumed meant I could have someone over. My friend came with me one day (didn’t spend the night) but Adriana told me that wasn’t allowed and I was charged an extra 31 euros. So, be sure to ask for clarification before having someone come over. Other than that, I recommend her bnb. The local train station is ~12 min walk and it takes you to main attractions for cheap. It’s a calm and peaceful neighborhood. Be sure to enter the correct address. There is another Dolo and street with very similar name! I learned the hard way.

This place is amazing, great location, exactly what you want! The host Andrea, and his wife are extremely kind and were very hospitable. The breakfasts were amazing in the garden, and the host gave us a lot of great restaurant recommendation and places to walk around in Venice. This place is a hidden Gem!

The position is great because it's a short walk from the bus station that goes directly to Venice, in a quiet location with parking. All recommendations.

Roberto had the most accurate of directions! Poor guy wanted to help with carrying our luggage 🧳 😆. This place was in immaculate condition - outside and in. 1 day we even just jumped on the sea bus and enjoyed the "cruise" so to speak. The location is amazing for a family with smaller children and teens alike.
