Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Palermo

Our stay at Alessandra e Jul’s place was very nice. The apartment is placed very close to historical center, many restaurants and shops. The place is very well equipped. Alessandra was such a great host. She was very helpful and kind to us. Great place to stay in Palermo. 🙂

Stefania’s place is wonderful. I loved the location, it is lively and central. Restaurants and bars/cafes everywhere. I was able to walk to all the sites or catch the bus on Via Roma. Supermarket is less than 5 minutes away, and a great flea market on Sundays. The terrace was a real delight, as was Stefania herself. I felt like I had a friend in town from the moment I got there. I have my cats with me, and she prepared the flat with litter box, scoop, and cat dishes. She also warned me that the WiFi was weak, but I didn’t think it was, I streamed and had video calls with no difficulty. I only wish I had come during the spring or summer to enjoy time on the terrace more, but for the winter it was very warm and cozy. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the building and in the neighbourhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic location right in the heart of Palermo, everything is within walking distance. Spectacular view from rooftop amazing place. Kazarzyna is a fantastic host. She provided very helpful information about Palermo, she’s great, funny and very good at her job, TOP HOST. She’s always available for anything you may need. Location or home and responsiveness of host does not get any better. In my opinion the home could use some kitchen and other general updates to make the stay more enjoyable. However I would book again for the current price without the updates.

Very well-appointed house and coquettish exterior (several terraces, shower and outdoor toilet) A plus when you come back from the beach which is within walking distance, very clean beach. Francesco very welcoming apart from the language barrier. Accessible narrow path, but you get there quickly. I would recommend it

We had a great week in the apartment near Cefalu. The check-in worked great and we felt very comfortable immediately. The house is well equipped and Massimo is always available. Quiet location to relax and the sea 🌊 is a stroll away.

Vincenzo was AMAZING! His place is perfect and near restaurants and local food spots. Vincenzo was great with his responses and advice of places to eat. He was SO helpful with any questions I had and even helped me get transportation to the airport. Capaci is beautiful and I would stay again! There is also a free shuttle that takes you to the beach and it’s easy to navigate.

Loved being in the 7th floor. Apartment was very clean. A short walk to town. The elevator was a bonus. Nice balcony. Enjoyed sitting there during the day. Would definitely stay there again.

Francesca left clear and precise instructions for check-in, showed concern regarding the building's winter-friendly characteristics (it has no heating), and made this aspect clear at the beginning of the reservation. Francesca also gave us excellent recommendations regarding restaurants, local food, street food, parking, bookstores, and museums to visit in Palermo. The balcony is a highlight of the apartment; having breakfast at the table outside is lovely. My only recommendation would be to invest in an electric heater for the bedroom during the winter months. Francesca left a gas heater at our disposal, but it cannot be used inside the bedroom due to the carbon dioxide generated by burning the gas. Therefore, an electric heater (one that runs on oil inside) would be a good purchase for the apartment.

We were very comfortable staying in Davide’s apartment. It is conveniently located in the old town, close to the restaurants, beach, and hub-bub. The apartment is well insulated from any noise. There is a 10’ flat walk from luggage drop off to the apartment. We found plenty of free parking down by the marina. Davide is a very good communicator.

Great view of Palermo’s cathedral and the mountains beyond. And great location with the colorful Mercato del Capo just steps away. Very quiet and comfortable and fantastic check-in with Giuseppe!
