Apartment holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Florence

Very nice location. Walkable to most things. Sonia was very friendly and proactive in making sure we had an amazing stay. Gave us tons of recommendations and advice on getting around the city!

Extremely organized, clean and well equiped environment. We very much liked the place and the facilities found in the surrounding area.

Small studio well located in Florence, close to the tram, making it easy to get around. The space is very well equipped (dishes, cooking utensils, washing machine, ...) which makes it convenient for a short stay. Natascha is a super kind and welcoming host, she gave me some useful recommendations to explore the city. Only drawback: soundproofing is not ideal, we sometimes hear neighbors watching TV at a high volume late at night. But overall, a good stay!

Fabulous month long stay that felt like home! Quiet location but super convenient for Florence attractions or train/bus for day trips. And the view is amazing! Coffee and diner with view of Duomo and Florence rooftops. Loved it!

The apartment has a great location, close to all relevant points, reasonably close to the train station. The apartment is large, super-equipped kitchen, very comfortable. For a couple is perfect, for more people, a bathroom only at the top can be tricky. The hosts are very responsive and attentive.

We had a great time, although we did not spend much time in the apartment! Everything was clean, well presented, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped - although the quantities seemed a bit random with lots of plates but just two mugs; We also had to search quite hard to find various items - but it had everything we needed. Lucia who met us was friendly and helpful. We did feel it was a little expensive, but appreciate that in a tourist area like Florence prices are going to be inflated. We also felt that a 200€ cleaning fee, when we were there for only 4 days, was also steep. Having said that, the apartment was spotless.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

A breathtaking stay & an accommodating host!

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the place is very beautiful, was very well kept, looked great, Smelled great. The bedrooms are very specious and the bed are comfortable. The host is very kind and responds to all the questions and concerns.

Via Vigna Nuova 17 exceeded our expectations as all of the areas in the survey. We could not have been happier with the apartments. Having washing machines was perfect for our needs. We easily walked to everything we wanted to do in Florence, to include several great restaurants. Gaia & Pietro's instructions (to include pictures) were extremely helpful. Our time in Florence was so memorable and a lot of that had to do with the wonderful accommodations.

Thank you for such an amazing place to stay and it literally felt like home.

A very romantic getaway. Well furnished and very comfortable bed

The apartment is in a very old house constructed over 800 years ago. I loved the old style of the apartment, which reminded me of the old history of Florence. Sandro is a great host, they kept a wine bottle as a welcome gift, which is not something many hosts would do. There are really good restaurants around the apartment and close to public commute. We were having trouble finding a taxi to the station as it was a busy time, Sandro and his wife tried helping us to find a taxi by calling them.

You can tell this place is loved. Elena grew up there. There are so many nice touches you don't usually see. Very comfortable. The only, and I mean only, drawback is the intermittent internet connection. Resetting the router fixes this most of the time, but not always. Unless you must have wifi all the time, absolutely stay here.

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. This home is absolutely gorgeous and so clean and comfortable. I was traveling with 2 other women and we had so much space. Highly recommend staying here!! Perfect 3 bedroom apartment in Florence!!

Amazing place. We felt right at home and loved the home right away. Super beautiful and fits my family of 5. Large and spacious home with lots of light . Clean bathroom and large bedrooms. Love everything about the location and the home. Thank you for hosting us.

Luciano’s place was fabulous! A wonderful experience from start to finish. Gorgeous, welcoming space easy walking distance to all attractions. Perfect for our family holiday. Felt like a home way from home.

The pictures of Matteo’s place show a beautiful view of the Arno. That view is not exaggerated. It is even more beautiful in person. The apartment was spotless and well stocked with linens and toiletries. The kitchen had a useful and very functional supply of glasses, plates, and silverware along with nice appliances. The apartment also includes a washing machine which was extremely convenient Matteo provided a bilingual binder (English and Italian) with instructions for the apartment, public transportation, private transportation, as well as on-point recommendations for local restaurants that aren’t tourist traps. The neighborhood was exactly as we had hoped - more residential in nature with a diverse blend of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, and gelaterias. Matteo’s team was very responsive. We needed assistance securing an early morning ride to the airport, and they put us in direct touch with a driver who was friendly and punctual. In short, it was a perfect stay.

Everything was perfect, we had a dream stay! They even allowed us to do a late check-out. Thank you for everything

Our stay was kind of long which made this place perfect. Close to my daughter’s campus as she is studying abroad in Florence. Easy to get to all the attractions. Host was super helpful and super responsive at every point in our stay. We would stay here again.

The view was incredible!! just like the pictures. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. This was part of our honeymoon tour of Italy and we will never forget it! I highly recommend this place for everyone. The only thing I could add is to have earplugs as it is directly in the heart of Florence.
