Our third stay here. Spotless accommodation and great communication from Jamie. Great location also with just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Poulton. Would happily stay again.

Was a lovely place to stay whilst visiting family. Good value for money and loved the extra touches such as the snack bowl! Will definitely return! X

Great communication, on the doorstep of where we were working at the Anfield stadium , en-suite in every bathroom was very helpful for the lads so we could hit the pub quicker 🤣 and a few pubs to go to for a nice chilled pint after work . Not far from city centre either and the house was as described . Will be booking again for all our works in Liverpool . Thanks Nicole

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Such a lovely, homely and well equipped home. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to host me and my family. The beds were all super comfortable, with spacious rooms and ample bathrooms/showers! The location is great, 5 minute walk to M&S food and various bars/restaurants/ shops. Short walk to the beach and pier. Hayley was great too, I didn’t have the need for much communication but I don’t doubt Hayley would be very responsive.

My second stay during February but this time i rented upstairs and downstairs as our party was bigger. The upstairs apartment is Even more special, with a beautiful, spacious reception room and lots of light from two big windows. The bedrooms are on an upper level. Everything well appointed and stylish. Very much at home here.

Amazing stay for my little boys 2nd birthday, the house felt like a home away from home. Only 5 minute drive from the Blackpool front which was very convenient. We loved every minute of our holiday and will definitely be booking again whenever we come back to Blackpool. Thanks Stephen!

Mike and the apartment where great ! felt right at home with everything there you could need for children pets and ourselves. Breakfast was an awesome touch with again everything you would need. A very beautiful and well maintained accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood, this place is just as it is in photos. this accommodation surely provides luxury and comfort as my partner and I felt really at home. The apartment was spotless, tastefully finished bathroom, and a well spacious kitchen to make meals with utensils available. Stayed over for 2 nights and had no issues whatsoever. My partner and 1 enjoyed every bit of it and Will definitely be calling again.

Perfect stay, it was like a home away from home. It was perfect for our group of 7, had everything we needed and a great location too. Really responsive and friendly hosts, always making sure everything was perfect for us! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again :)

Cute, convenient and affordable flat close to great pubs (Golden Lion) (Staff of Life), a great Thai restaurant (3 Monkeys), a great Pizza place(Site Pizza). I took a wonderful class in town and my husband had lovely walks each day by the canal which our deck overlooked. And there’s a great antique store right across the street. Nick was warm, welcoming and flexible with our check in and full of recommendations.

From booking right through to check out communication was great. Incredibly detailed and clear instructions provided and regular checks were made to see that there were no issues. The apartment was spotless, incredible views and some lovely extra touches/treats provided (which were very much appreciated - thank you!). Highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!

Exactly as listed! This apartment is very central and well appointed. It was clean, comfortable and warm and communication was great. We appreciated the flexibility with check in/out times and liked the laundry facilities. Great base for mooching around Hebbers!

Great little apartment for exploring Liverpool! Can walk to pretty much everything and it’s lovely to see the river from the sofa! Very responsive and lovely host - no problem with an early check-in and responded speedily to anything we asked. Thanks for having us!

A fantastic walkable location for coop live venue or the etihad stadium. Suzie was helpful and had brilliant clear instructions on how to access the property. Overall a lovely apartment and we would definitely stay again - thankyou for letting us stay in your lovely apartment!

Great place with a good location that is only 10 minute cab from the centre, looks exactly how it does in the pictures. Very tidy and clean and James as a host was always responsive and on hand for any queries and recommendations for things to do in Manchester. Will be booking again !

Fabulous location, well equipped apartment, meet and great was excellent and Sue communicated the attractions and the local area very well. Sue was more than happy to be contacted if we needed anything and was always quick to respond. Would highly recommend the apartment and area and we will definitely be returning. Nikki was a fantastic host. The place is absolutely stunning. I loved how it was so dog friendly. The hot tub was 10/10, one of the best I have used. Beach is only 2 minute walk away with lots of cafes and places to eat. The town centre isn't far only 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend. Me, my partner and our dog had a lovely weekend.

Lovely warm, cosy apartment in a great spot for what we needed. Tea/coffee/sugar/milk provided and a great hamper of toiletries to use in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed too. Would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment — beautiful interior and lovely scenery. The balcony is perfect for sitting and watching the city with stunning views as well as being very private. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and the bed was super comfy and clean! Perfect location for Piccadilly, northern quarter and arndale centre with lots of shops and bars and restaurants nearby. Warren was very friendly and helpful and offered plenty of recommendations for eating and drinking. 5 stars would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.

Really lovely stay here would certainly come back was a beautiful location and just a little walk to Liverpools heart as well. The hosts were great at communicating if we had a problem. Would recommend to anyone going to Liverpool
