This is a fantastic apartment. I was really impressed with the whole place. Beds are really comfortable and you can really tell Saman has gone above and beyond to make sure his guests have a fantastic stay. I loved all the extra little touches through the apartment. the rooms are really big and spacious and the bathroom was simply stunning. I would highly recommend staying here. An extremely cozy and quaint place, perfectly located in the heart of Solihull town. Everything was within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. Highly recommend! Lovely apartment perfect for our night away with a 1 year old. Spotlessly clean with great amenities. Loads of things to use and watch on the TV. Great activities to do downstairs such as bowling, golf etc. communication was amazing and was so responsive to all of the questions we had before our visit. Would definitely recommend

As members of JCI and JCI UK, we were organizing our Offices Training School in Birmingham and wanted something unique and special for our National Officers to stay in, rather than the usual hotel. We found this property, but let me tell you the photos didn’t do it justice! When we arrived with executives, we were completely blown away. Everyone was speechless, staring in awe at how incredible it looked in real life. The place was absolutely perfect, spotless, beautifully decorated, and so well-maintained. Every detail had clearly been thought out to provide an amazing experience. One of our Board members accidentally locked a door, but even though it was late at night, the host arrived quickly and solved the issue without hesitation. Their hospitality was unmatched, which only added to the overall excellence of our stay. We left feeling amazed and impressed. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but none have ever been as exceptional as this. It was 100% perfection in every way!

We were 5 couples all mid 30 to mid 40 travelling with dogs. Had the house and the Annex. The space works really well and we even managed to use the hidden gym behind the book case!! Kitchen is a great size and the centre island creates a social cooking space. Played a few pool games and lost a game of killer on the dart board. Bedrooms are really good for groups of couples as they’re are no singles or bunks. Jacuzzi is a great addition. Would recommend and hope to use again.

Christine's Airbnb blew us away! It was everything we hoped for and more! The place was spotless, cosy, and perfect for us and the kids—it truly felt like a home away from home. Nestled in such a lovely area, it made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt relaxed and comfortable as soon as we walked through the door. Christine is a great host and was excellent with communication, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. We can't wait to have the opportunity to stay here again! We highly recommend this lovely property for anyone needing to recharge and unwind. And a special shoutout to the amazing vinyl collection—my partner was thrilled, especially with all the Queen record!

This property is fantastic. 4 of us were here for work and some people slept so fantastic because of the comfort and privacy afforded by this beautiful place. The host was very accommodating and made it easy to extend our stay. The process could not have been any better. This was top notch.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Alec's place. Alec maintained good communication throughout and even informed us of the possibility of early check in and late check out when available. The area was quiet and peaceful with plenty of space to play games with my family. The only thing to note was the hottub could only comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 1 child at a time which isn't a big deal unless that's what you're after from the accommodation. We would definitely recommend this place though!
