We had a great experience during our stay! The accomodation is exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay. Fabrizio and Eleonora were kind and replied to our messages realy quickly. The accomodation is at a walkable distance from both the historic center and the train station (around 20 min) and we did everything by foot. Recommend it!

Valeria was very kind, from the time of booking, to the communications for check-out, everything was easy and fast. The accommodation is nice, it is equipped with every comfort; we stayed in 5 and we had enough space for everyone. The house also has private parking and this allowed us to arrive by car and leave it still for a few days, in total safety. The location is quiet and very close to the wonderful center of Matera, a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended!

We travel a lot, but we have never stayed in such a charming and cosy apartement like this. Perfect loation, stylish furniture, excellently equipped and quiet. And the host is super nice! We were absolutely touched by the welcome presents given us by Livia and her mother. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, old town side Sometimes awakened by the sound of the church bell next door but it wasn't systematic every hour With a rooftop surcharge + a place to leave suitcases Super place, very functional! And really attentive and responsive host

Civett House is in a prime location as it is so close to the heart of town yet far enough away to be peaceful. It is a very short walk to the sea wall and to a local grocery store. As we were there during November we did not take advantage of the lovely upstairs patios. The space is comfortable for two adults especially if able to enjoy the upstairs spaces. A special thanks to Bartolo and Lucrezia for checking in with us and their assistance from and to the train station.

It's amazing to stay in the Bari vecchia, surrounded by history at every turn. Francesco's house is an excellent base for exploring and he thoughtfully let us check in early.

apartment located in a strategic position and equipped with everything you need for short or long stays, bus stop or shuttle from the airport a few meters away, train station 20 minutes away on foot and little less time for the old city, area with local restaurants and supermarkets, spacious and comfortable double bedroom, Mrs. Elisa is very available for check-in and check-out.

Such a great apartment! It was so clean and exactly like the photos. It’s walking distance to all of the restaurants but also on a very quiet street. We really enjoyed our time and we hope to be back!

Extremely attention to detail and very well furnished apartment. Too bad for the area where it is located that is not the best since it is close to the train passage, but it is a 10-minute walk from the center and the stones and therefore it is still recommended as a base to visit Matera.

Everything was fantastic, and the apartment and the location and the hosts, we had delicious gifts, the beds were very comfortable, it's cozy and has everything we needed, we will come back again if we are visiting Bari again!

The room is taken care of in every detail and the hydromassage allows you to relax between colorful lights and music under a beautiful stone arch!
