The house is beautiful! We had a great time there. It is really wonderfully decorated and you also feel comfortable there as a large family. Especially nice is the huge living room, where everyone can sit together comfortably and spend a good time together. The kids also had a lot to play. I can recommend it in every way!

The house is very spacious and well-equipped! Franz has thought of many details, we noticed - chocolate star bunnies🙂, water, soda, milk, cheese ... and the helpful instructions. We felt comfortable. Easy to check in: lockbox with code. Location: Since in our time the U6 did not go to Munich-Hadern due to repair work, we have bus lines 54 (H Aurikelstr. 5 min walk) or 56 (H Marchioninistraße 18 min. Footpath) to get into town with a change to the U6/U3. The Marchioninistraße variant was well combined with breakfast at Café Widmann. Bus X6 and U4/U5 are also easy to get to the city. Peter and Pija have created a wonderful opportunity to relax in the Allgäu and to be able to reach their sights quickly. If you want to relax in a stylish ambience for a few days and occasionally plan excursions to the Allgäu, this is the place to be!

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again in the future!

I had a great stay at this beautiful location! The villa was exactly as described spacious, stylish, and perfect for a gathering. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. My only issue was the cleanliness, which could have been better. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I would consider booking again in the future. Looking forward to seeing improvements in that area :)

Sabeeka and her husband made us extremely welcome and helped out enormously by driving us to and from a lakeside restaurant as well as to and from the train station. Even helped out by buying us supplies for breakfast.

It was a great place to stay for a weekend. We felt totally comfortable and the communication with Dagmar was great! You can jog wonderfully in the nearby park and the train station and some restaurants in Pasing are within walking distance.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Axel was a super host and his property was great for our stay in Gunzburg. The accommodation is great, right in the centre of Gunzburg and with a number of restaurants within walking distance. The property was clean and free from clutter. Axel supplies some information on local interesting things to do and see. This property is really great for a stay in Gunzburg. One minor negative is that the house doesn't have a parking space at the property, as advertised, but there is parking very nearby. Axel was very helpful in sending information to show where we could park for free nearby. Would thoroughly recommend this property for a stay in Gunzburg

We had a great time in this large house, perfectly suited for families. The living space is spacious and the garden is ideal for enjoying outdoor moments, particularly enjoyable with our two children. The bedding was very comfortable! We were a group of 7, and the space was ample for everyone to feel comfortable. We would not hesitate to return with pleasure during our next visit! Recently stayed at this Viletta and it was a great experience. The Villetta is very well equipped with almost everything you'll need during the stay. Also Richard provides awesome welcome gifts and a few beverages for you to enjoy. The location is also close to the train and a local bakery. Both are walkable. Everything went great for our Christmas celebration. No issues during our stay. There were also games and phone chargers convenient in the living area. The kitchen is fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

Staying at the place was great, everything is like home. A cozy large house, for the whole family with a wonderful garden and a children's playground.

Great place to stay; ideal for 2 families. Excellent contact. Modern decor; very clean. Every amenity you could ask for (up to the USB plug on the outlet). Also worth knowing: Various charging stations for electric cars in <5 min. walking distance. Would come back!

It was a very stay for my colleague and me. Perhaps too big for us since there were 3 bedrooms, but that was only a luxury problem. Charming, cosy clean and private house to stay in.

Kathi is a very friendly person. She was always quick to get in touch, was always helpful and took care of everything, so you are well taken care of even for longer stays. I really felt at home.
