the apartment was perfect for us right in the historic centre. You can reach everything on foot. Great communication, clean and very nice apartment. A lot to recommend for a city trip.

Gianfranco is great!! Always attentive and friendly, responds quickly and is always attentive. We got lost and he picked us up in his car. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with hot water, heating, refrigerator with welcome snacks, and free coffee and tea. Beautiful and quiet area. They brought breakfast to the room at the requested time, and Gianfranco took us back to the station so we could continue with our vacations. Unbeatable!!

Our stay was overall very good! Breakfast was brought every day, and the house felt cosy and safe. One small issue is that one of the bedrooms functions as the entrance hall, but as we were travelling in a family group this was not an issue!

It's amazing how small a place is stocked with everything you might need, this makes it seem huge and you'll feel like you don't need anything else! From the “infirmary” corner to the books to read, to the iron. Nothing was missing! She is really welcoming and Maria was very kind and waited for us to check in because unfortunately we were arriving late. It's a great stop for a stay in Portici, even the super great location!

Karmen was fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always responsive and eager to assist. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and fully functional. I would highly recommend this place. One thing to note about the neighborhood (Centro Storico): while it's a great choice for first-time visitors to Naples, it may not be for everyone. The area has a very old, distinctive charm that might feel quite different from the rest of Italy, or even other parts of Naples. It’s not a safety issue, but it does take a bit of adjustment to the unique scenery. Lastly, while the building itself is quite old and might raise concerns upon arrival, the loft inside is fully renovated and modern, providing a wonderful contrast

Piera was one of the most helpful hosts I have had the pleasure to communicate with in Airbnb. She reached out to us proactively prior to arrival, spent time to provide recommendations and assist us in arranging a short trip to Sorrento. I really cannot find anything negative in this experience.

We had a great week at Carmine’s apartment. The house, garden and private terrace were lovely and it must be really beautiful in the warmer months. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The living area had all the amenities you would need for short and long stays. As it was cold we had electric blankets on the super cosy bed… this was much appreciated. The family are very welcoming. We were gifted with wine and lovely pastries on arrival. There were also plenty of basic food items to use. Additionally there was an abundance of toiletries! Carmine and Elena were so responsive. The kettle stopped working and we were provided with another immediately. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble to these lovely hosts. As expected Naples is just fantastic. So much to see and do. Easy access to the metro minutes from the apartment. There is a beautiful and enormous park nearby if you have a dog. We were grateful to our hosts for allowing us to bring our two dogs. We loved it!

Luca the best… and Casa Sangio is a luxury apartment in the heart of Piazza Dante and Via Toledo The best place to walk and tour Naples on foot Luca is very attentive and understanding It allowed us to leave our suitcases for 3 more hours after checkout The house is impeccable Clean and tidy Everything functions in a person Don't think about it anymore and rent this place

The apartment is very cozy and beautiful. It has all your needs. And although we were relaxing in the winter, we still used the beautiful terrace and barbecue. Antonio welcomed us very hospitably. Thank you so much to your host.

The condition of the building may surprise at first but it is typical of the area. The apartment is very nice and the bedding is comfortable. The oven was broken but this is just a detail. Located close to metros Line 1 and Line 2.

Staying here felt like stepping into an old Italian movie. The charm of the space, and the picturesque surroundings made it truly magical. Everything was spotless, and the host was warm and welcoming. A unique and unforgettable experience!

Room, bathroom and common spaces always clean, great location in the heart of the historic center of Naples, a 15-minute walk from the central station, metro just a short walk away where you can reach all the places of interest, Antonio is always kind and helpful, we will definitely return.

No words can truly describe Annmaria’s place – it offers the best view in town, a perfect vantage point over the entire Naples coast. The bed is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. Waking up to a delicately handmade breakfast prepared by Annmaria is a delight – the hardest part is deciding what to enjoy first! Finally, the artistic taste and elegant decor of the house elevate the entire experience. Two nights were only too short!

The apartment was great, exaclty how it was descriped. Easy access to Napoli by train, station is not too far. We got help to find a parking place on evening we arrived. Daniela also recommended good restaurants for us. All in all everything worked great, we felt very welcomed. Absolutely would go back if ever visited Napoli again.

We loved our stay in Naples,particularly where the accommodation is situated! We were close to the heart of Naples old town,and not far from the train station and the ferry terminal! The room was lovely and very quiet! Lots of treats for us for breakfast,a lovely surprise! Very friendly and helpful hosts,we wished we could have stayed longer!

Great location for us as we needed easy access to train station and meeting other activities. Some might think being around centrale is a bit rough but good for our needs. Hosts are nice and very helpful. BNB was clean and comfortable.

Marilyn’s house looks like the pictures. You have many things around. She is very nice and helpful even if she doesn’t speak English. If I’ll decide to visit again Napoli, I’ll stay at her place again. If you don’t like noise, please chose another apartment because here the “napoletans” are driving cars trough the night also and all the buildings are very close to each other and you car here the cars noises. We had everything we needed. See you next time!
