We had a great evening at the gîte le Grand Verger. The house is spacious and located in a very quiet and private location. All the amenities were available to us so you won't be lacking in anything. I highly recommend this place to have a good time with family or friends!

A perfect New Year's weekend by the fireplace. A very large place whether it's the house or the outdoor space. A barn with several games were available for our pleasure but also that of our children. Perfect accommodation for a family, with two real bedrooms. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the terrace. Very quiet, nice and very functional decoration. We only stayed one night, but would have happily stayed longer.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Back garden was particularly beautiful. House was comfortabke and full of character. All necessities were provided and communication was excellent. Car access is a little tight, but not a problem for a smaller car.

Very good stay in Le Perche. The house was perfect for what we wanted, my teenage son had work experience in the area. I had to work during my stay and the wifi connection was great for this. Our dogs enjoyed the large enclosed garden. The house was well equipped and the shower lovely and hot.
