Newly renovated and very well equipped. The kitchen cabinets + refrigerator are filled, see pictures. You don't necessarily have to go shopping. Billing of 'consumption' at your own discretion, no 'minibar conditions'. The Miele washer-dryer does small laundry (3kg) in one go

Own guesthouse with view over the river

A small house, residential medicine developed. In the living area there is the double bed on a gallery with a view over the Werra to Sooden and the mountains. The sofa bed, a small kitchenette and a dining area are so well matched that the entire living space looks large and inviting. The terrace is beautiful and with a view on the Werrawehr. It is a paradise for joyful relaxation. Next door is currently opening a clown school and a small café.

The flat is on the second floor of a high-quality Wilhelminian style building with lift.

The guest apartment is on the ground floor of a listed half-timbered house, the former Obermühle in Kaufungen. The house is quietly located in the old town center on the river "Losse" , directly on the hiking trails of the Kaufunger Waldes and below the collegiate church. It is a 5 minute walk to the shops and practices of the town center, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the tram.

Apartment with romantic garden!

This special apartment has its own style. Combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom in a bungalow. Starting in June with a pool! The pool is also used by the cottage. In the adjacent apartment, I live as an owner and a small old dog (you may meet him in the garden or on the terrace). This apartment is not accessible!

Price per person €38 The house is on the mountain. For cyclists without an electric motor, strenuous! By train, you can be in the center of Documentastadt in 20 minutes Kassel.
