Robs place was the perfect place to stay, so close to the beach and has everything you need!

I don’t have much to say but, except I absolutely loved the place and would love to book again in the future

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

Great location and great house.

We had a very comfortable stay. It felt like a safe neighbourhood and was well situated for our trip to NASA and the nature reserve.

Brandon was very responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay! He responded quick with any questions and the place was beautiful. We felt right at home using the appliances and amenities that were listed and available. A key note is my daughter was a softball tournament and washing her uniforms was a must and the laundry room being readily available and stocked was amazing! We would 10/10 recommend this spot to anyone and would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great location! Our access code didn’t work on arrival, but the host responded quickly to grant us access. Very clean and felt like home. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

Perfect home for us and our small dogs. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels including for pool. Easy bike ride to town.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the home was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Home was very clean with basic essentials provided. Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to main roads.

The place was spacious and cozy, and although the place had a peculiar smell, probably because they are pet friendly, that didn’t pose an issue for us. A big plus the patio had sidewalk netting and we had access to the garage. All in all, a great stay.

The location was clean, safe and close to parks and restaurants. Some guests may find neighbor's dog barking a problem. We were fine with everything.

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

Our family of three enjoyed our visit to Boho Oceanfront Condo. We all agreed that the beds and pillows were nice and cozy. The condo felt comfortable, quiet and safe. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need, from nice large beach towels to large warm fuzzy blankets. Super easy check in and check out. Great communication with host. Wonderful backyard with grass and private beach. Awesome location with a great selection of unique breakfast and lunch places. We would recommend this place to family and friends and we would also like to come back in the summer when there's warmer weather. Also, amazing place to watch rocket launches, we saw two and they were incredible!! It honestly felt like a secret second home. 🌷

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Super close to the beach! Wonderful views of the ocean and the launch pads. The place was quiet, clean, and well-equipped. The host was very friendly and our communication went well.

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning!
