The apartment is situated on a private Lake. You have access to the beach and lake and can also go for a swim. Great Pub and many other restaurants and lots off takeaways in walking distance. (5 – 10 minutes) Many shops just around the corner. Bus-station 2 minutes. Closest Train station is around 20 minutes walking distance in Carrum. Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.

Located on the harbour side of Docklands offering unobstructed water views, this spectacular apartment , features a master bedroom with it's own study space leading out to a private balcony. Not suitable for gathering due to strict building management rules.

We had a great stay at this property. It was good value and in an excellent location which was also very peaceful. Very easy access from Melbourne Airport, easy to get on the highway to visit outer south eastern suburbs and also close to public transport if needed. The car park was an added bonus! A clean, neat and tidy apartment that was free of excess furniture or clutter. A great size kitchen and full sized fridge was especially handy as we had stocked up on goodies from the Vic. Market which is a short drive away. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Little Retreat is relaxing and in a great location. We didn’t use the spa but it looked inviting. The bathroom was fresh and clean and I appreciated the Turkish towels. To me it felt like bush meets beach. It is bushy all around the accommodation and the lake. It felt relaxing and private. I really appreciated the electric barbecue to cook on. Suzy and Rick were easy to communicate with. They obviously love sharing their property.

Anna is an excellent and usually very responsive when we have something would like to seek her assistance. The villa is amazing and we spent 3 weeks in here, still found it not enough and would love to stay longer if we could. We are welcome with a sparkling champagne, and snacks. Everything is clean and maintained very well. The backyard is so beautiful having the lake with all the duckies, seagulls and gooses swimming around every day to make you feel very calm and peaceful. it's just so close to all the supermarkets and daily essentials need at down town by car for 10 mins. Some good restaurants around to make your day easy just if you are not fancy to cook your own meal but her kitchen equipped every well that can easily cook too if you like to. We enjoyed very much in the villa last 3 weeks with Anna's awesome hospitality during our stay. Highly recommend if you come to Melbourne and wants to escape a bit from the city life, here is the best option for you.
