Vo was really helpful and relaxed with great communication. The room was lovely with the projector being a good option for a chilled night in. The air con worked really well and it was great to come back to a nice cold room after a long day out and about.

Great apt and staff! Very cozy w a great view. But the location, being walking distance to Emsphere with a michelin rest, spas, 7-eleven all on your street !

Han's place was totally pristine, even better than some hotels I've stayed in. Everything was working well - aircon, water heaters, water pressure, WiFi - which are the things I look out for for a listing at this price point. The bed itself was super comfortable and the value you get at this price is definitely unmatched. Location was also great, situated near the Old Quarter. Most places of interests in the OQ is a short walk away and for everything else, there's a Grab. Han is always responsive, such as when I needed to get laundry done. There is an elevator that runs quick so there's no issues at all. Amazing place, and I would definitely stay again next time.

We had a great week long stay here! Apartment has everything you need with amazing attention to detail- the beers in the fridge and new toothbrushes were always a nice touch! House cleaning offered twice during our stay so the apartment was spotless. The views from the apartment are stunning and it was very quiet and peaceful. Close to shops, restaurants and everything you need. Will definitely stay here again when back!

It was really wonderful stay there. The host Mila , is super responsive . Whatever i asked, she immediately replied back at most of the times. They are really superhost. The place is also spotless and host goes extra bit to get us comfortable. The place is in Landmark Plus and on 36th floor. They had provided almost everything , whichever is required to set you up a small home for few days. Rest , you have grocery store , just on ground floor of building. This place is really close to picture perfect Landmark 81. A nice walk is advised after dinner for Landmark 81. Pleasant atomospher all around. Must stay place......

This was a wonderful place to stay, right in the centre of the Old Quarter. Literally steps away from Train St and lots of restaurants and food stalls nearby covering breakfast, lunch and dinner ! The highlight must be the balcony. It overlooks a busy local street where vendors sell all sorts of food and supplies to mainly locals. I could sit on that balcony all day and watch the world go by. The place itself is compact and clean. Great WiFi and good air con. Hot water is from a heater tank and it was perfect. Bed is very comfortable and the linen is changed frequently. Annie was a wonderful host and gave me recommendations of things to see ( the lowering of the flag at 9pm was her tip to me and it didn’t disappoint !) I highly recommend this place if you want to immerse yourself in the local way of life … a truly magical experience !

Had a lovely time here. We thought the house was so beautiful and worth a visit. Looked exactly like the pictures and the hosts were very nice. The only negative was there was some construction nearby so it was a little bit loud in the mornings, but this isn’t their fault. We would recommend this place to everyone and hope to be back!

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

Wonderful experience!! this is our second time staying at this Airbnb. The staff are really nice and accommodating. They can also arrange the traveling and plan for you. Breakfasts and the airport pick up transportation are included. Can’t wait to come back again this year!! 🙏🏻🤍🇹🇭

This place is a true gem! It harkens to the roots of Airbnb, before hotels and hostels started posting because it is a true, authentic homestay experience. The hosts pay attention to detail and take excellent care of you, providing a local experience paired with modern comforts. It is a bit off the beaten path which provides serenity, just make sure you have transportation and food plans. They will also prepare a meal for you which I highly recommend!

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

Simply superb in a great location with access to transport, shops, restaurants and services within easy reach. Only 22 minutes by AirPort Express to Makassan station nearby with Phetchaburi MRT 5 minutes away & connections to BTS network. Canal boat pier behind the building offers more choice of travel & avoid notorious traffic. What made our stay memorable was Ramone’s kindness & consideration to make our stay very comfortable.
