I stayed Sara’s for 3 weeks , we had good peaceful and relaxing time. Sara and Ceci are very helpful and friendly. The owner is very quick to respond. Prior to our arrival he sent very detailed instructions on getting to the house and on local sights that are worth seeing. The house is ideal and was very clean. It has all that is needed with plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses etc. The owner is an artist and the house is decorated with his pictures. There is off street parking for two cars and there are bikes in the shed for local cycling if you wish to. Ideally located for Santander and for local sights including the mountains.

Esther was so amazing throughout our stay. She was always contactable. She checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. She recommended a lovely restaurant, informed me of information that was needed. Supplied the house with all the amenities that was needed. Supplied games for my children inside the house. Would defiantly recommend Esther and her home.

Everything is great in general, a quiet stay with everything you need. The house is spacious and well equipped.

Communication with Patricia was excellent and great tips for visiting the area. The house is very well furnished and has all the amenities to have a good stay. The pool is a plus. The mountains are breathtaking scenery. If you're an athlete (Trail, cycling), you'll love it. The nights are very quiet. I would this property.

Our stay at Iñaki's place was great, it looked after us from before arriving and took care of us with great amenity. The house is faithful to the description and we were very comfortable.

we had a great holiday at the house. The photos don't show enough how big and beautiful the garden is. Also the house is more spacious than we expected in the pictures. Received by Lucia upon arrival. Being able to communicate in English. (I don't speak Spanish). There was also a delicious local delicacy ready for us. Very attending. The house was sparkling clean. And more spacious than I expected. The garden is large and fully fenced so our dog could walk loose. There was space for sun and shade. From the covered porch we had mountain views. The pool was wonderful as well. We were able to swim in it on hot days. It is large enough for a family of 4. The peace, the silence. Only sounds of the countryside. Cows, dogs, birds, toads. Very restful. And last but not least, the area. Really beautiful. What a beautiful region. Lucia thank you!

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

It was my dad and his friend who stayed in Monika's home and their experience was great especially communication with Monika and overall hospitality. One of the days Monika even brought some home made meal for my dad after a day of sightseeing. In addition, Monika was always fast to respond and provide as many details as it was necessary and possible. When it comes to location of the house, it is good for visiting many interesting and beautiful places and it is just an hour driving to the airport of Bilbao which makes it a relaxed trip. My dad enjoyed his time in Monika's place a lot and he definitely can recommend it to everyone. So when I go to this part of Spain, I will stay in Monika's place too :)

The personalised videos and instructions on how to access the place was so helpful, as as well as recommendations to explore the local area The place was clean and secure, great for a peaceful and quiet pad on the edge of Bilbao with a local neighbourhood feel

A great stay in the middle of nature. Iñaki and Ana are very attentive guests who make you feel at home. They provide you with countless recommendations to enjoy the area during your stay. The casita is perfect for spending a few days relaxing as a couple. Thank you for everything!

The environment is beautiful, the perfect house for 3 or 4 people. The majestic owners, all facilities. You have Santander at 40min, Torrelavega at 15 and Reinosa at 20. Hopefully we can repeat.

The house is fantastic, the photos don't do it justice. It is very complete, it has everything, it keeps it very well, everything is very tidy and very clean! . Monica is lovely. She left us bread and eggs from her hens. What a breakfast we beat each other! We will definitely recommend this place to all our acquaintances.

The house is phenomenal, the environment is wonderful and the exterior of the house invites you to enjoy the many special corners it has. Mountain view breakfast is priceless. The house is comfortable and equipped.

Carlo’s apartment was wonderful! My kids and dog loved the small yard and hammock. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Beautiful area and easy parking! Would stay here again.

Mikel welcomed us and was very responsive during our stay. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It is substantially far from the city center but with its parking space and the comfortable area of the apartment, it's worth the cost. We took the opportunity by car to visit the areas around Bilbao. For tourists who don't speak Spanish or Basque, consider using Google trad to communicate with Mikel who doesn't speak English (and even during your stay with locals and merchants). It can help.

We were enjoying the house and the surroundings and the stay was great, a magnificent place to enjoy a few days with the family! With José Ángel, it was great from the first moment! The whole house was impeccable, as seen in the photos and we immediately made it our own!! If you are looking for a nice and quiet place with fresh summer... here it is!!!

The house is perfect for spending a few days and visiting the area. It is very comfortable, very clean, with pellet heating and fireplace. The village is very quiet next to a river. Patxi's information and service very well.

We had an amazing few days of disconnection. Perfect and comfortable facilities. The house is perfectly located in full Valles Pasiegos just a half hour away from many places of interest and the highway itself. The area is very quiet, ideal for disconnecting and Amalia, its owner is a charm. We ordered the New Year's Eve dinner where he indicated us and a whole lot of success. We will definitely return.

We stayed at Selina's house for about 10 days. As they spent the most identified days with the house, and in the end, it feels longing to leave. Selina was attentive at all times to some small incidents we found. The house and its surroundings are wonderful, the interior transports us to the past, the house is not for people of modern tastes but for those who enjoy the atmosphere that breathes the house. Selina has been doing home renovations adapting it to current life. I think we'll do the experience again

The casuca is wonderful and the stay in it has been fabulous. Excellent communication at all times and very kind treatment. The house comes with everything you need to spend a few days. Our son really enjoyed the swing, the game room, the garden and the neighbor (a beautiful horse). In addition, having coincided with the local party of "a people of legend", it has been very chulo. If you see, use the Waze app, it will take you to the door without problems. ideal area to rest, disconnect and to get to know Cantabria since it is very good located. We definitely recommend the house.

Totally recommended house. Clean, good distribution and endless details. Fully equipped. Nothing is missing. We spent New Year's Eve and New Year and it was worth it. Lots of routes to disconnect. Amparo has always answered in minutes. Quiet village and very close to villages with all kinds of services. I hope to return soon. Thank you very much to the hosts.

TODO DE 10!! Rasilla is a wonderful house! Spacious spaces, a huge garden for dining, barbecues or children play and everything is super new and well kept! Castillo Pedroso is very small but beautiful and very quiet village! But without a doubt, the best part of the house is its host! Fernando is a really kind and kind man! He gave us all the accurate directions and a thousand recommendations, both for eating and activities to do! A crack! Next time we go up to Cantabria we will try to repeat at your home!
