We had a great family vacation in Serge's beautiful house. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood, everything looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was clean, Serge's instructions were spot on, and his helpful attitude was unmatched by any Airbnb host I've dealt with in the past. Always proactive, reaching out to make sure we didn't need anything else. Any request was immediately responded to and addressed. We hope to return here in the future, it was really great!

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

Great stay for a last minute stay I needed. Brad was super responsive and accommodating. Place feels very homey, you can tell he's a family guy! Can only imagine how nice the pool is in the summer. Would've tried the hot tub if we had more time. 3 beds with varying firmness.

The house accommodated our family of five and a dog perfectly, and the common areas allowed us to gather all together as well as spread out by activity: E.G. TV watchers in the living room, game players at the kitchen table, basketball player in the backyard.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

After a very hectic week I was looking forward to this getaway weekend. Normally I’m a bit more engaged with my hosts so I want to apologize for initially not saying more than “Great! Thanks!” during the check in process. Erin made the process very easy and my friend and I were settled in quickly. As someone who loves to cook and quality home theater the spacious fully stocked kitchen and Dolby Atmos surround sound was more than I could have ever wanted. Thank you Erin. We had a lovely stay at Lauren’s place! The home has tons of space, a very well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds and couches. It’s a great home base for visiting family in the area. We really appreciate Lauren’s helpful communication throughout our stay too.

Our family really enjoyed our second stay at Louise’s lovely house. The house is spacious, well furnished, comfortable and well situated. Louise is a terrific host — very responsive, thoughtful and friendly. We love staying here and hope to do so again.

We loved staying at Fatima’s place during our girls weekend. Entire place was clean and had everything we needed. Easy 15-20 minute ride to all our stops in Boston. Fatima was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. Definitely would recommend staying here!

We were in the area for a family wedding. The house was easy to find and parking was plentiful. There was a lot of ice by the backdoor, which was where we were to enter. When I expressed concern to Dev, he replied quickly and gave us access via a different door. (The ice was a product of snow; pouring rain; dropping temperatures and wind- all within 24hr!) The house had enough linens; dishes; and sundries for our stay. Also, it was very clean.Our family relaxed and comfortably visited most of the weekend at Dev’s house. We all enjoyed spending time there!

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home felt cozy and welcoming, and its location was perfect for exploring the Boston area. It was spacious and matched the pictures, although some furniture showed slight wear. The kitchen had everything we needed, except for forks. It would have been nice to have a pillowcase for the extra pillow and a vacuum, but these were minor issues. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely love to return. The hosts were exceptional, proactively ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this stay! This little lake house was exactly what I needed—peaceful, cozy, and absolutely spotless. It was the perfect spot to unwind, drink coffee on the deck, and just soak in the quiet. The house itself was super clean . You can tell the host really puts thought into making guests feel welcome. The customer service was great—good communication, thoughtful touches, and just an overall warm and inviting experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting, this is it. I’m already looking forward to going back!

We had a wonderful 2 day work retreat!! Plenty of space for work colleagues to spread out but many options for us to be together! It was wonderful!

We loved this house and highly recommend it! We stayed for 9 days and felt at home the entire time thanks to the thoughtfulness and care that Austin and Nina have put into this house. The kitchen has literally everything you could ask for, including great pots and pans, spices and oils, brand new appliances, coffees and teas, etc. The beds are so comfortable and all have great pillows and bedding. The whole house is spotless and has everything you need so you do not need to run out to the store the second you get there. The backyard is so nice for kids and for sitting on the patio (when it's warm out). The neighborhood is nice and very quiet and safe - we loved that we could walk into town (where there are little restaurants, a juice shop, coffee shops, an ice cream shop and a very nice library) and walk to a local high school as well. Austin was so responsive the few times we had a quick question. We will definitely return to this house in the future when we visit our son!

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

Mark and Suzanne's home is what we needed on our trip to Peabody. It is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It is in a quiet cul de sac and the backyard is beautiful. Won't mind staying here again next time we are back in Peabody.
