We stayed at this apartment 4 nights and it is lovely. The view from the balcony is awesome! Was really clean and nice. 3 air con units which were great. We felt really safe as there was 24hr security at the entrance of the building and you could only get in and out using a key card. Everyone was so friendly. Right next to it is the city deli mall which you can access via a ‘secret’ way in using your key card. Plenty of shops and places to eat in the mall. While we stayed we hiked the Sibayak volcano and went on an orangutan tour and I would recommend both of those too. Overall great stay and would stay again thanks Helen!

This was our second stay with Mellisa, she had everything we needed and was very friendly and approachable, on top of being very responsive with anything that we needed help with. Location being in central Medan, we were very near Podomoro mall, and just a short drive away from the two Brastagi supermarkets nearby. The kids loved the pool and playground within the condo, and Mellisa also provided them with some toys and books to keep them entertained during our stay. During our first stay, we had asked for the sofa bed to be set up as a bed for the kids, and she even remembered the details of moving the lamp away from the kids bed for safety reasons during our most recent trip. Mellisa was also very flexible with our needs for late check-in and check-out due to our flight timings. On the overall, the unit was spick and span, very comfortable and cosy to all of us during our 2 week stay in Medan. Absolutely a rare gem with the stunning views of the entire city from her high floor unit!

apartment is very clean, tidy & spacious. The kitchen utensils are also very complete. There is a large washing machine & refrigerator. The owner is also very friendly & responds very quickly when we chat. For sure, will come back again when you go to Medan later. Thank you

Such a cozy, calm and very clean apartment perfect for us a middle aged couple. Very secure place in the center of the city. A big mall is next door and had access through the lobby. Every one in the building were helpful. Cynthia was very nice and friendly. Promptly responded to all our questions.kitchen was well equipped with condiments, sugar, tea, oil etc.. very nice touch. Check in and out were smooth, no issues. We would definitely recommend this cute apartment when you visit Medan, Indonesia.
