Holiday houses in Meads Bay Pond

This was my second time staying at Matthew’s place, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home is always spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to an amazing restaurant right by the beach. Matthew is an excellent host, super responsive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

When visiting Anguilla, look no further than Tranquility Beach! These beachfront condo was everything we imagined. Pictures/videos does this beauty no justice. Perfect ambience as the decor is modern while still having the touch of the Caribbean. Enjoyed waking up in the mornings to a pristine light blue water beach before ever lifting my head from my pillow. Steps from the quiet beach. The staff are all amazing and treat you like family instead of tourists. All your needs, reservations, bookings, etc are taken care of as soon as you inquire within the staff. You’re placed in a WhatsApp group chat and whatever you need is provided literally in minutes! Highly recommend staying here! The condo is exactly as pictured. We loved being able to cook breakfast each day before we headed out and also grilled fresh fish one night that we picked up from the Simpson Bay fish market. We visited with several of the other guests at the pool and loved floating on the pool noodles at the beach. Mary’s Boon is a quick walk to the right and to the left down by sail boat on the beach was good snorkeling. We rented a Jeep and explored the whole island and were happy we chose this location. Sylvia also responded quickly to a couple questions we had which was much appreciated!

A massive thank you to Rosi and Jaap!! The location was very private, easy to find, spacious, clean, and beautiful. Felt very safe! The apartment had everything we needed, hosts were very quick and responsive. Anytime we needed assistance the hosts were wonderful and very kind. Absolutely beautiful view, very comfy, and was one of our favorite airbnbs we have stayed in. If we visit again, we would definitely stay here!

We loved our stay at sea la vie. The place was just as described and in the perfect location. After looking at many different places and knowing the area better now, I think we picked the best place! The pool and view are incredible and it had everything we needed to escape the harsh northern winter. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back.

Jackie and Carlos are very accommodating and were really helpful when we extended our stay. The place is in a great location, it is a quick walk to the beach, numerous delicious restaurants and grocery stores. It was great to have the pool to ourselves most days. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit the island!

What a great Villa. I think The place is quite new. All three bedrooms are spacious w/en suite. The place has great views of the bay, ocean, and airport. You’re a 3 minute drive to Mullet Bay - nice bay with chairs and food/drink options. If you want to stay in and cook, place has new gas grille by pool and high end appliances in kitchen. Large flat screen tv and good internet. Full size washer & dryer. Pool is large. Communication with Jamila was a breeze. Highly recommend.
