Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in McGaheysville

Thank you so much for your hospitality. The house is wonderful, with a beautiful view and a convenient location. Nearby in 10 minutes there are ski slopes, tubing, an ice rink. There are large supermarkets within 20 minutes. There is everything inside the house to spend great holidays and weekends or vacations. Special thanks for the decorated Christmas tree for the New Year holidays. We definitely recommend you to visit.

What an incredible place to stay. We have stayed at Suzanne’s two different times over Christmas. The house is just perfect, we love every aspect. It really feels like home. The cows are always a delight to interact with and the farm ambience is very peaceful. It’s always a pleasure to stay here. Will definitely be back.

Seth and Carla were extremely responsive during our stay! We loved how many beds this house had and we were able to all spend time together while comfortably being seated around tables/living rooms! We wish the fire pit had seating or that fireplaces worked, but we loved this property and its proximity to wineries and ski resorts!

The cabin and location were beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. David was extremely responsive and friendly and helped us have a great experience. Super convenient for hiking and going to explore sperryville. We loved relaxing in the sunroom and by the fire playing games! We would definitely stay again.

Charming little house nestled right next to the bustling Main Street filled with cute shops and restaurants! Also, conveniently located for visits to Luray Caverns, Shenandoah National Park, and Lake Arrowhead. The fenced in yard was an amazing bonus, as we traveled here with our two dogs!

Place was lovely and exactly as listed. Spacious , great views, clean and lots of DVDs and board games. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay! Very peaceful with lots of windows. We cooked a lot and they had a well stocked kitchen. Home is nicer than photos with a great entry to put shoes, coats, and stuff. Wifi worked great as we did work a bit. Super close to Old Rag parking lot and Inn at Little Washington. We had no issues with navigation (just download directions before leaving the house.) Surrounding area is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Katie and Evan were great hosts.! We were a family of 5 adults and 4 dogs and were very comfortable at this house. Loved the added dogie treats, beds and little extras they left for the dogs. The house was quaint, clean and nicely decorated. It had room out back for dogs to stretch their legs. The house is on the Main Street in downtown Luray and convenient to restaurants and shops. Being right on the street, there was a bit of traffic noise, but it quieted down at night. Katie and Evan provided recommendations for local restaurants and were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay at your home! We enjoyed our stay!

Great little unit for a couple! We stayed for a weekend and it was the perfect spot for us. It is a basement unit and you can hear footsteps upstairs but it didn't bother us. The space was super clean and cozy. We would walk across the street to grab coffee or a pastry in the morning which was lovely, and downtown Harrisonburg is just a few minutes away by car. It was very convenient with parking right outside the gate.

We stayed here for a night just to rest while heading back home. We had a comfortable stay. Our kids loved the toys available and everything about the place! We slept comfortably and were able to get back on the road the next day not too far from the highway. Would stay again!

We’re an outdoorsy family and we all loved our stay in Glenn’s home, right by the water with easy to launch area for the kayaks, no light pollution at night to watch a blanket of stars in the sky. Our fur baby loved it just as much and took a liking to Glenn. Thank you and hope to be back this summer!!!

Jen’s place is perfect for an escape from the public, while close enough to Shenandoah and Charlottesville and Culpeper for adventures. She was extremely attentive and responsive, making us feel welcome from the start. Would recommend to anyone.

Love this place!!! Definitely will be coming back as much as we can. Great place to stay If you are wanting to snowboard, hike or simply just to get away, this house has it all!!!

Sarah's place was great and perfect for us since we have family who live nearby. We had dinner at Gobbler Grill, a local dive and it's only 5 minutes away. Sarah's beds were comfy and the kitchen was conveniently stocked. As she states in the listing, you can hear them moving around upstairs during the day but our sleep was never disrupted. If Sarah is cooking, you may smell her delicious meals cooking. ;) We highly recommend!

Lovely clean and well equipped private space. Comfy bed with choices of blankets. Easy to find and enter. This is a fine space for a several night stay.

Have stayed here multiple times now but this visit was specifically for my daughter and son in law to enjoy a babymoon getaway. The river is easily accessible so they floated in tubes one day and took their canoe out another. They were able to take their dog as it is dog friendly. They grilled out and enjoyed the beautiful decks around the home. Resturant suggestions were layed out with local menus as well as local attractions. Luray Caverns is close by, Cooters, from Dukes of Hazards store serves a great lunch, and the drive and scenery all around is incredible. Sharon is the best host and always available by text or phone for questions. Check in and out were simple.

We enjoyed bringing our teenagers to Massanutten. Our rental was perfect for our family. Comfortable beds. Just enough of the basics in the kitchen. The balcony was nice to sit out and take in the scenery. We definitely will plan on coming back.

Andy was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We had been at this resort a few times in the past and the unit we received was very nicely appointed and updated. We had all amenities and were super close to the indoor pool and gym. Comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gregory's place! We were walking distance from the pool, which was great. We were traveling with our toddler daughter, and the condo had everything we needed in terms of space, kitchen, bathtub, etc. We brought a clip-on high chair and pack n play. The only note I'll add for others' awareness is that check in took a while. We arrived on a Saturday around 5 p.m. and the lines were very long. We were also originally in the North lobby until we realized lines were shorter and I believe check in for this condo was only available in the South lobby anyway. This is not to take away from the beautiful stay we had, but I know it can be helpful to know for planning, especially when traveling with kids!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and impeccably maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They provided us with a huge list of nearby activities and attractions, which made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable.

BEST PLCAE TO STAY AT! The moment you enter the house just feels like you are at home. The detailing in the home is done fantastically and it's completely private. The morning view and birds chirping throughout the day is the best part. Not to forget, Gr is the sweetest host and she has put in so much efforts to make the stay a memorable one. 10/10 for the property, stay and the host.
