Great location and the pool and fire pit were the perfect amenities to end a day of riding! The host was very responsive and made planning our trip, getting trail passes, check in, and check out seamless. We couldn’t find any extra supplies at the house (ie paper towels, trash bags, etc.) so recommend bringing some of the day to day basics with you. Would definitely recommend to others!

We Had a very good experience staying here as a group of 11 planty of room cozy house hot tub felt great after a whole day or riding the trails.

Randy was an amazing host and everything was exactly as expected. Everything from our greeting to our departure was simply amazing. Our every need was met and we will most definitely be returning.

Host was easy to work with and responsive. If you are looking for a place to stay to ride the HMT, this is it. Well set up house, wash station, plenty of parking for trailers, easy access to almost all of the trail systems and access to the Outlaw trails. And a pool to relax in after a day riding! This will be our go to place for HMT trips!

The stay was perfect for the amount of people we needed to accommodate. They have lists inside of places to visit and places to eat. We really liked the clear instructions on how to access the HMT.

For large accommodations this is the place to go. Couple of local gems for restaurants that had amazing food. For our large group of 18 including 7 SXS we had plenty of room in the house and parking. Would definitely recommend and we will probably re-book!

Great location for the Hatfield-McCoy & Outlaw trails. Had everything we needed. Outdoor sitting area with fire pit & grill were perfect. Jennifer was great! Responded to every question very quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

David was an excellent host. He was quick to reply to all questions and was so polite every time we reached out.

Jason was very responsive, we had an issue and he was on top of it.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay with family. We were able to ride the trails during the day and hang out and relax in the evenings at the house. It got quite cold and even snowed while we were there, the house was warm and toasty when needed. We always feel right at home staying at any of Betty & Johnny’s houses.

After flooding, God sent us to help out with disaster relief. We found Mary and Rick‘s cabin and immediately contacted them. Miss Mary immediately responded to let us know, the cabin was fine and fully furnished. We traveled eight hours and arrived late at night around 11 PM. Easy check-in keyless entry. Thank you, Mary and Rick for Allowing us to stay. You definitely served the purpose for us to have a place to relax after helping in the area.. It was 14° when we arrived, but the house was nice and warm inside. We really enjoyed our stay and if we are called back to the area For more mission work, we will definitely be staying with Mary and Rick. God bless you.

We rented this place to stay at while we took a long weekend to ride. The place was AMAZING and GREAT for the 5 of us. We loved the space as it was spotless and had everything there that you may have needed to do a small little breakfast! They were very responsive in messages that was sent. For sure one of our favs to stay at and will visit again.

The place was great. We had easy access to trails in Indian ridge, Pinnacle, and Pocahontas. We didnt have time to try our warrior. We will definitely be back again!

Excellent place to stay. It’s quiet and not far to store and gas stations. Close to the trials and outlaw trials to ride on. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

The Outlaw Lodge was very spacious with plenty of clean and VERY comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast before a full day of riding. The huge table is fantastic and the kids loved louging on the couch when we were in the house. The house was clean and comfortable to stay in. We would love to stay here again if we head to that part of WV in the future.
