Thank you for hosting us during our stay in Carlton Landing! The house is gorgeous. It had all the amenities that were listed. Plenty of activities for my little ones to enjoy. They played upstairs for hours. The house is a walkable distance to basically anywhere in Carlton Landing. It was a short walk to Redbud Park. We got good use out of the nice baby stroller that was available. This house is perfect for families with little ones! We also enjoyed the fire pit one evening and made s’mores. Thanks again and can’t wait to rent this house for our next stay!

Our group stayed for a reading retreat and it was the perfect spot! Beautiful and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We stayed on a particularly cold weekend and had to cut our stay short due to the pipes freezing but Lindsay responded quickly and gave us the option to move to another location. She was very accommodating and we would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved our stay! The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean, and the property was just as described. We loved the outdoor fireplace and putting green. This house is nice because the back of the house opens to a green space. Several of the houses in Carlton Landing are very close together, so the open space was nice. It’s very close to the sports court and pool. We did rent a golf cart and there was plenty of parking. While the neighborhood is fairly small (and walkable) it was nice to have the cart to get to some of the less close amenities. We’d stay here again!

Plenty of parking space for having two boats. Clean house, comfortable beds, and close proximity to boat ramps and town for groceries.

Clean and had everything we needed

I think Jeromy was the nicest host! He was very accommodating and always responsive. The home had plenty of space and all the amenities you would hope for at a lake retreat. Our evenings were cozy cuddled up around the Christmas tree after relaxing in the hot tub. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

This is a wonderful place to stay. it was so peaceful with the birds chirping, the soft beds, and coffee on the porch.

I did have just a little trouble finding the house on the map app using the Lakeaire Dr address. And we did have the AC freeze up on us but Kendra responded within a short time. Wonderful place to stay. Roomy, clean, campsite, large patio to sit and visit, wifi, 3 tv’s, and more. You will like this one!

Robert was an amazing host with an amazing home! It was very thoughtfully laid out, clean, tidy and well stocked with everything we needed. Robert was responsive and accommodating and made sure our family was safe and comfortable. The kids loved all the fun signs, space to play in the yard and being able to walk to our family’s house for Thanksgiving.

We needed a last minute place to stay and we are so glad we found Tabitha’s place. The house was very comfortable and clean, felt very homey. It has a cozy feel and is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I felt very safe here and slept peacefully. There is a boat ramp nearby with a little walkable path to a beach. Tabitha is a joy to work with! She was very easy to talk to, friendly and made sure we felt right at home and had everything we needed. We will be back!

This was a very cozy property. Will definitely try to book this same place the next time we are in the area. Very comfortable place just like being at home.

Home was beautiful. Host was very responsive and provided important details that made our stay easy.. Beds were comfortable and lots of extra towels and blankets. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. All spaces were comfortable and inviting. We played pickle ball with provided paddles, played cards and games, walked to the coffee shop and pizza place. Plenty to do for a weekend in the winter. We will have to try again in the summer when the weather is better for swimming, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at Nikki’s place. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We had plenty of room to relax in the living room and play games around the large dining table. The view of the lake from the back deck is amazing. I definitely recommend this house.

AMAZING VIEW!!! AMAZING HOST!!! Family of 11 had zero complaints. Kitchen has every thing you need and things you might not even know you needed. Just a few of our favorite things- closet stocked with multiple board games, pool table, fire pits, and have to mention the view again!!! Can’t wait to stay again, during the summer :)

Our family really enjoyed the layout of the house along with the deck and yard space. Very friendly people to work with and prompt with response. Nice neighborhood and peaceful. Also enjoyed the closeness to Robbers Cave so my family could go hiking. Would recommend this place to others.
