Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Mbombela

The place is absolutely fantastic and provided a great space to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday, the only note would be to use a vehicle that can comfortably drive on a gravel road as this would be stressful if not.

Great stay at Charl’s stunning views on a beautiful farm. Isolated enough to have a holiday feel but close enough to town to go there and back in 30 minutes.

My my my the place exceed our expectations. The house had everything we needed, the house was beautiful and clean. John was exceptional in everything. Entertainment was well thought out and accomodative. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely book the place again in future I give the host 10/10 his hosting skills are exceptional.

A quality airbnb stay! We've stayed at hundreds of airbnbs around the world and we can always tell when a host puts they're heart into making the place an excellent experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. Craig was helpful and quick to respond with helpful guidance when asked. Zain is a legend!! He was super nice, very helpful and welcoming. I would go back just to see him 😂 Aircon worked a treat despite how big our room was, the gardens are amazing, the overall views and scenery are beautiful. The accommodation is good value for money and it’s actually very close to Nelspruit so a perfect spot if you want access to town during the day, but have a calm evening.

Really comfortable and quiet, just perfect actually. Has all the necessary amenities and perhaps the best shower in Africa…hot, wide spray and powerful!! Stayed twice here and it is now my go to place when staying in Nelspruit on business. Chermone is really attentive and just an all round great host. Shame the limit is five, so I give this place a five star rating!!

Marco and Louisa's place is lovely and they are lovely as well. Definitely worth the money. The pool is something out of a movie!

Marco and Louisa are absolutely great! Our valentines weekend was nothing short of amazing, we can’t wait to come back!! I highly recommend this place for couples, it’s also great for a group of friends! We will definentely be coming back and for much longer 🤣

Susan's place was amazing! It was so cozy and comfortable, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The space was spotless and had all the essentials. We loved staying there!

The accommodation was very nice, and Ridwaan and Klause were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. I also really appreciated their dog, Colombia—I'm usually scared of dogs, but Colombia was so well-behaved! When I asked it not to come near me, it listened right away, which was such a relief. The beautiful surroundings and peaceful vibe really made the stay memorable. I truly enjoyed my time there and would absolutely go back if my husband and I visit Mpumalanga again. It was the perfect getaway!

The place is very beautiful and intimate. From the living room, if you open the doors, you get one of the best views I've seen in Eswatini. The hostess has been attentive at all times, helping us set up the Braai and light the fireplace every night. We felt at home. There is a sense of peace here. The place is very modern and equipped with everything you need. Without a doubt, my partner and I will return.

It was a wonderful stay. Very private, away from the rush of the city but close enough to shop and visit restaurants. The gravel road is not ideal, but can be done with even a small hatchback.(Just go slowly in some sections) There is an abundance of things to see and do from this location.

Exceeded expectations. Everything worked! Was very difficult to leave and go on our adventures during the day because we just wanted to experience all the little touches and various ways to relax and dust off the city. Take a short walk to the fairy forest and have a chat with those who live there, if they’ll come out for you ;-) Be aware that the road down into the valley is flat and well-graded but there are a lot of loose rocks on the surface so smaller vehicles need to take it slow.

We had a great time! The access to the river is absolutely divine. However, despite knowing we’d have neighbours, it wasn’t as private as I’d hoped. Overall it was a peaceful stay and the host, Charmaine was exceedingly hospitable.

Would love to go back!
