Beautiful well stocked home with everything you need. Walking distance to the ocean and pet friendly. Ticked all the boxes. The owners were very accommodating and brought out a porta cot and high chair.

Wonderful stay! The house is clean, tidy and well equipped.I loved the whimsical, well done art work throughout the home. We were visiting our family who live three streets away so didn’t actually spend a great deal of time at the house- just enough though to enjoy the glorious evening sunsets from the elevated deck then hop into an extremely comfortable bed! Ashley was absolutely delightful to work with!

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Well equip kitchen, aircon, firm but comfy bed, king size is a bonus. Great yard for the dog and my daughter loved the trampoline! We would happily stay again!

Such a fun and quirky place. Perfect location right in the centre of Freo and close to everything Freo has to offer but also very private and peaceful. Beautifully presented, clean and tidy with comfy beds and plenty of space. I only dealt with Julie but she was a great host and quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already re-booked for next year. Highly recommend!

My (now) husband and I used this AirBnB to host his 10-person family for our wedding this past weekend. First of all, finding a place that can sleep 10 people in Perth is enough of a struggle, but to find something that's actually aesthetically appealing is even harder. This AirBnB is an absolute gem. Couldn't recommend it enough. It was nestled away in the most beautiful suburb, it was within walking distance of some great restaurants and even the salon that my mother and sister-in-laws got their hair done at for the day of the wedding. They raved nonstop about how beautiful the home is, all of the amenities (lots of basketball was played by the guys, and the girls used the gym), and the general location. They felt like they were living in a lavish hotel (and the goal was to make them feel spoiled), so mission absolutely accomplished. If I never need to house 10 people again, I will look no further than here. Thank you Kobie!

Morag was an incredible host and went above and beyond to ensure we could check in earlier. There was snacks and juice stocked which was a complete surprise. The space was beautifully decorated and iv never seen a more well kept garden. We loved the courtyard to eat dinner in every night. The location is fantastic in a quiet but leafy suburb right next to the river where the sunsets are amazing. This is perfectly dog friendly as there is an off leash dog swimming area 2 min drive away. There’s a village only 7 min walk away with a grocers and great cafes and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and I used the second room to work on the desk. It’s the best Airbnb iv ever stayed.

It was a lovely place to stay, the view of lake Monger was amazing. It was a very comfortable and a clean place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. We will certainly stay again.

Tanya was an absolute delight! Beyond a doubt, the very best host I have come across throughout many years of stays at AirBnB’s, Hotels, Resorts and other paid accommodations. Thoroughly impressed by the hospitality, provisions, thoughtful consideration of guests, offers to assist if required and wonderful experiences occasionally offered to my children throughout our stay in a very respectful and discreet manner. This was incredible for me, as I like my privacy and was under pressure with paperwork! Tanya managed to do the above, plus so much more, without being intrusive in any way, infact I barely noticed her, yet her positive impact and endeavours to ensure we were content were highly evident! We were made to feel at home and in a very safe environment! Beautiful home with stunning outlook and quiet location, right on the doorstep of the very best of what the Swan Valley has to offer and a short drive to Midland CBD. Didn’t want to leave! Staying at Ujal’s property was amazing, was a perfect rest hole for a couple of days after travelling. There was a small issue during the stay at no fault of Ujal’s and though it was the long weekend, Ujal responded quickly and was helpful and did everything possible to ensure the issue was resolved, the property is beautiful and peaceful. Next time I’m in Perth I will stay here again.
