Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Maxilly-sur-Léman

We stayed at Jean-Pierre’s house over Christmas and we had an amazing time. There was lots of snow which made it even nicer. The house is beautifully decorated and super cosy. It has a massive outdoor space with bbq and a fireplace inside. Jean-Pierre was so kind to leave some Christmas decorations for us so we can feel at home and even left some food for us to have breakfast on the first day with a welcome bottle of wine and chocolate. We would love to go back and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay close to Chamonix and Geneva.

Great location and brilliant view!

The chalet is gorgeous and exceeded all of our expectations. Location is great with an easy bus to the lifts in the morning, with the bus stop just outside the chalet. The space is cosy and a great place to unwind! Wholeheartedly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

We felt very comfortable. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The place matched the pictures and was modern. Amenities are very extensive. The host responded quickly and was very nice. We thank you for everything and would be happy to come back.

Theresa is a super host. She got back to our every need she help us with all our needs and requests to make the holiday special. She gave us Cassie too who made beautiful cakes and delivered them. She supported our late check out which really helped. The place was tidy the beds and bedding super comfortable and a really well stocked Chalet. Lots of lovely touches which were a surprise but appreciated. We’d happily come back.

Had an absolutely fabulous week at Jane & Robin’s home. My wife, kids and I just didn’t want to leave. The home itself is full of warmth and peace. The garden is just fabulous with views of Lake Geneva and the mountains. I could spend weeks sitting there, sipping on wine and reading a book. The kids loved the massive trampoline and the stand up swimming pool. The whole house was extremely comfortable, lovely dining table kitchen, tv area and bedrooms. You definitely need a car and in any case anyone coming to the Montreux area should rent one. By car there are fabulous restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within 5 mins of the home. I definitely want to return to this piece of paradise - let me know when it’s available again, Robin and Jane!

We had an great time in the apartment and would be happy to come back. Directly in front of the house is the bus stop. You can only get to the Linga lift three stops further. But you can also continue to Pré la Joux. Bus is every 15 minutes. This was perfect for us. Also the cross-country skiing trails were nearby - by car only 4 minutes away, directly opposite the Intermarché supermarket. The apartment was very cozy and optimal for four people. The kitchen is well equipped and it also has a raclette as well as a fondue. Our boys really appreciated the twin beds and their own room and bathroom. We adults had direct access to a separate toilet with shower. Communication with Eric and Julie was great (always available quickly and very helpful). We will be happy to come back! Thank you for the wonderful time!

Lovely stay at Joanne's place. Everything was as described. Location is great for the ski slopes if you have a car, as I did. The apartment was very clean. It's a perfect size for one or two people. Many thanks for everything.

A fantastic property close to the centre of town with easy access to the Super Morzine and the supermarket! The apartment was spotless, very well equipped and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly helpful and flexible. Communication was timely and clear. would highly recommend this property and hosts!

Great place in a great location. Really friendly hosts. Ideal for long weekend of skiing or summer activities in Alps. Immaculately clean. Central location is fantastic for getting around, but can be a bit noisy at night if you worry about that sort of thing!

Amies place is great. Definitely perfect for a couple or a solo traveller. I found the loft bed really comfortable and the kitchen had enough in for some basic cooking. The balcony provided lovely views of the Pleney, and the bus stop (mas matout) was perfect for the D bus into town. I didn’t use the ski storage but it is great that was provided. The flat was quiet too and the shutter kept all the light out. I would definitely return.

We had a great stay at David’s apartment in Morzine! Super close to super market, very clean and cozy. Less than 15 minutes from ski lifts and downtown Morzine!

Perfect accommodation. At the foot of the slopes, it's royal. Aurélie accompanies us with a few messages that reassure us. And the click clac is new, very comfortable. I would recommend it in a second.

Very nice rental with stunning views of the waterfall. Everything was impeccable. Numerous activities and hikes close by. Very peaceful environment conducive to healing. The pool is a real plus after a day of hiking!

Great location and superb host. The property worked for us but very steep stairs up to the bedroom with little head clearance. The shower door was also broken but overall a good stay and would still recommend.

Great apartment, would definitely stay again, short walk to bus stop and bars/ restaurants and a local shop a 5-10 min walk away.

Had a great stay with my girlfriend and best friend in Alex’s cosy apartment. He was super attentive to us before and during the trip making sure we had discount on ski hire, transfers etc.
