Holiday houses in Maunalua Bay Beach

The 7 of us had a wonderful stay in the Penthouse. Amazing views of Waikiki. Easy access for all with a keypad instead of door keys allowed a lot of flexibility. This was a home away from home in Waikiki with everything we needed, and an easy stroll to the lagoon and beach. Loved the Japanese toilet! And good coffee, açai bowls and cocktails just downstairs.

Nigel was very responsive to all our questions and comments. The apartment was fantastic and as described! Cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in yet and fully updated. Location was incredible - stone throw to Waikiki beach! Enjoyed sitting on the porch after a long day. Some things to note since you’re in the middle of Waikiki it can get loud at night from cars blasting music and people walking nearby but didn’t really bother us too much and being on the 5th floor above it all helped. Parking was tight for the jeep we rented but it did fit and not a big deal if you are a good driver. Parking is also very ideal for this area as it is hard to find parking on the street in Waikiki. Beds were comfy and appreciated the king size in both bedrooms! I would 1000% stay again at Nigel’s place!

Geoffrey was helpful and responded quickly. The condo was a perfect location for our needs and we loved staying there. It was clean and bright. Loved the beach toys and the beach. I would definitely stay again.

First time visiting the Island with our family from the UK. We had originally planned to stop on Waikīkī but after son-In law had a look around He found this Gem of a place. Which was perfect for him as an avid surfer to see the world famous beaches! We were so glad that we changed our plans and stopped on the North Shore instead! Amazing beaches. Great local food/Food Trucks. The apartment itself is great and a nice private complex! Hosts wonderful from start to Finish! A long trip from the UK but 100% worth it to experience the history/cultures and everything the Island has to offer! Will be booking to come back next year once we get home to the UK that's for sure!

Our experience was above and beyond anything we have encountered before. Our questions were answered promptly. Our requests were considered and accommodated if possible. Alternative solutions were suggested if our requests could be met in a different way. The staff at the Beach Villas were outstanding especially Sherry and Neal. Our special celebration with family was an exceptional and memorable event thanks to Gabriel and the staff at the Beach Villas. We can’t thank you enough!

Great place to stay , great deal! Stunning view, has all your essential needs. Bed is comfy, AC is on point. Book in advance cause i only got to experience eit for half my trip and I couldn’t use it for my full stay. The other air bnb I booked was more money and not as good.

Sunny is a really responsible owner. He replies us very quick. Everything is what the pictures shows. It is a clean, cozy, convenient apartment with amazing ocean view. Another big help is the free parking. We don't need to worry about the finding parking on Waikiki street. We had a wonderful stay there!

Place was very clean and just as described. Might be a little cramped for six people as the unit was a little smaller than what it looked like in the pictures. Amenities were wonderful and the communication was the best I had in any Airbnb experience. The upgrades in the unit were very nice. The restroom was amazing. Kitchen had just about everything you’d need and the ice maker was a super plus. One note for families staying here, at night the areas surrounding are a little sketchy. We went to the nearby 7-Eleven at night out of necessity and there were several transients that were screaming and yelling. Not a knock on the unit, but just something for families to know. Also, the interior security was very good as it was manned 24/7. Had no worries in the actual complex itself.
