This was an Absolutely beautiful place and surrounding area. The condo was super clean and beautiful. We enjoyed every single minute. Not at all affected by the Lahaina misfortune. The area looks like it is recovering very well. God Bless. We needed To Drive to a nearby grocery store for our daily grocery needs. A definite 5-star for cleanliness. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

If you are considering a place I HIGHLY recommend Eve's place. It is beautifully located in the jungle about 10 minutes south of the north beaches of Maui. The home is a log cabin with tropical front yard with chairs and a fire pit . There are 5 bedrooms, two up, two down, and one on the main floor. The master downstairs has a kitchenette and living area. There are wild chickens on the property and the rooster start crowing about 4am but it's actually pretty cool. We came to love the chickens and chicks running around. There is a stream on the property and fruit trees you can pick from. There is The Sacred Garden which is a shop and labyrinth on the adjacent property which is one of the coolest places I've ever been. I don't have time to explain, you just have to go, trust me. Plants, fish, ponds, spiritual shrines and more. Eve and her husband Steve are Amazing hosts, probably the best we've ever had. This place is a unique Maui treasure you will absolutely love.

We stayed for Spring Break week with 8 adults and a 10 month old baby. There was plenty of room and supplies for the baby. We cooked most meals there and the kitchen was well stocked. There’s a nice dish washer and washer and drier. The beach and coffee shop and a few places to eat were within walking distance. And everything else seemed to be a short drive away. There is air conditioning in most of the home and fans in the 2 bedrooms without. We all had a good time and would stay there again.

The condo was lovely and helped make our vacation to Maui special! We loved being on the first floor and eating breakfast on the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved that there were beach toys, snorkel gear, a cooler, umbrella and folding chairs for the beach. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This place was perfect for our families to enjoy our time together. Spacious and especially enjoyed the patio table for our meals outdoors. Bedrooms were also spacious and offered private quiet time. Kids loved the pool!! Our only regret was not staying longer.

Deb and Tivoli’s place was excellent. It was well stocked with everything you would want for a family vacation, from spices and condiments in the cupboards to beach chairs and towels for a day at many beautiful beaches, that were close by. Deborah was very responsive to requests made and was a pleasure to work with! The back patio area was our favorite place to congregate and enjoy the warmth of Maui!

Beautiful house, well situated, in a great part of Kihei. We did have to buy baby gates for the stairs, but other than having to move a few breakable things out of our toddler's reach, it was also a good spot for us as a family. We had 6 adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of space for us all, and 74 (the lowest the AC may go upstairs) was cool enough with the fans on. Agree with other reviewers that the rules were a bit strict but we had no issues following them nonetheless. The only one that irked me a little was no outdoor noise after 8:45pm--including regular talking--because the neighbors were free to do as they liked and even played music around 10pm. Since the house is a vac rental, I assume it's subject to different rules, so, c'est la vie. Some lights seemed to be out (or maybe we just couldn't figure out the right switch) and there were some minor cleanliness things that might not bother the average person. Overall we all enjoyed the premise and would stay there again. :)

Great condo! Very clean. Many amenities. We enjoyed the pool, tennis, table tennis, and grills. Easy walk to a beach where there was plenty of coral for the grandkids to find. Easy drive to many other beaches, shops, and restaurants.

Watching Whales from the back patio was heaven on earth.

Wonderful location. Beautiful ocean front views and very accommodating and helpful.

Amazing house in a beautiful location. The beach is rocky but you can walk up to a sandy area easily. There is a super gorgeous tree swing in the park nextdoor that our kids loved walking to. We loved the neighborhood cat, Buddy, and watching the locals fishing out front.
