Holiday houses in Matsue

I was very grateful for their flexibility. The accommodation was spacious and we had a lot of fun with the BBQ.

I booked this place because I was attracted by the warm welcome and infinite Mohmov's comments.As a result, it was a heaven that far exceeded expectations!!!It was one night and two days, but I was so friendly and impressed by the cute bean shiba that I was able to live with until now.The inn was also beautifully maintained in the Japanese house, and the sink and kitchen were stylish! I was also introduced to a izakaya with delicious seafood nearby, and I enjoyed seasonal fish in a reasonable and local atmosphere. I would definitely like to come back again in a different season.Thank you for a wonderful time.

Toshinori’s place is a magical and unique place - an old folk home renovated with wood, traditional sense kept with tatami rooms (and futon bedding), traditional fire stove (do try to make rice on it!), the one person goemon which you can also use fire to heat up (we used the faucet :-), and the most beautifully designed annex with 2 seating areas and the grass roof to watch the beautiful sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals and he also has a bbq if you want to do that (buy your own charcoal) Toshinori and his assistant’s office is next to the house and they came through the dining room and kitchen at 830 and 6. Not an issue at all - we had all the privacy needed. This is same as he described in the listing. Just note (also as per listing) is that it is an outhouse toilet (no flushing or pumping). It is kept very clean and not an issue (even for a lady!). Thank you Toshinori-san for hosting us and designing the beautiful space for his guests to enjoy ☺️☺️☺️

Our favorite stay in Japan, Hata was so welcoming. It felt like staying with your family. We arrived way too early but Hata welcomed us right away. The family even gave us some bikes for free after we told them we're looking for a place to get something to eat at which gave us the opportunity to explore the beautiful area a little. You can reach the station in just 4 minutes too. The bedroom was beautifully decorated, it looks much more pretty in person. Can't recommend Hata enough if you're visiting the area!

The house is exactly the same as shown in the pictures which is clean and tidy. Plenty of space for family with children. All necessities are provided which makes your daily life easier. The patio is also the best place to feel the environment! Highly recommended and will definitely come again in my next trip to Yonago!

This was honestly the best AirBnB we have had in Japan so far - extremely spacious, very clean, loads of extras, sugar, coffee washing soap etc and welcome snacks and fresh flowers. Instruction manuel for all appliances in English. Very close to station and attractions like Matsue castle. Karly curry is a must close to the station. Easy access to train to Adachi art museum with its magnificent garden. Great little breakfast spot 30 meters in same street to your left. Great bars and restaurants around. We loved Matsue. Our host was very attentive and welcomed us in person prepared with translation device! Thanks for taking care of us in such a great way. Ps. Big enough for 4 adults sharing/ door separating 2 rooms 4 single beds. Please note rooms upstairs and toilet bathroom and rest of the house downstairs, we did not mind at all but might be challenging for some. Bathroom and dining area is huge.

It’s a very beautiful house. I used it as a base to explore Tottori , Matsue and Daizen.

Thank you very much. The bathroom, bed, etc. were clean and I had a comfortable stay. The chat interaction was smooth and I was able to use it with peace of mind. I wanted to let you know that the touch panel on the electronic lock on the front door was a little bad, so I think it would be better if you could put it as an annotation. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.Thank you very much.
