Residence at sea level

Really spectacular site. This place is in the basement, although there is a large window in its kitchen, it gives you brightness but not the view of the river. On the other hand, you can go out into the courtyard and have direct access to a large walk and take a long walk by the water . Close to a lot of activity in the nature. We are on the art route, lots of art galleries, some restaurants and bistro and a craft brewery.(no304573)
