Comfortable apartment for a few days at the beach. Beach very close by by a few stairs. 15 minutes from downtown walking. You can park in the surroundings, although in rush hour it is complicated.

This place is amazing - clean, well equipped and if you like the beach, WOW - just steps away. We found it an easy walk to the city center (15 minutes). Antonio was very responsive and helpful. Wonderful place to stay - grab it if it’s available.

the stay was short but very pleasant. We can't wait to stay longer. The apartment was very nice, spacious, with all the amenities of the description, with beautiful sea views and very close to the promenade. It was very clean and tidy. The only drawback we had was that in one of the bathrooms there was no hot water but luckily there was another one. Otherwise, everything is great.

Olga very available, attentive, flexible (I arrived a day later). The apartment just as shown in the photos, with good cleaning products and personal hygiene. Plus location: Supermarket open every day and train/tram station behind the building.

We had a really pleasant stay of 2 weeks. The accommodation is very clean and very functional. The Neighborhood is peaceful. The owners are very friendly. There are many exceptional beaches in this part of the algarve and beautiful cities to visit (Tavira, Loulé etc). We will be happy to come back and enjoy this region whose sweetness of life perfectly coincided with the services of this accommodation.

Perfect apartment to get to know Cádiz and enjoy its beaches. It has everything you could need and more, it is very clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, its location is unbeatable and the views spectacular. A beautifully located house, nicely furnished, with a more than fully equipped kitchen and equipped with every comfort. The house is 10 minutes walk from the beach and via the beach you can reach the restaurants in the center of Sanlúcar in 45 minutes. Bajo de Guia, with delicious seafood restaurants, is a little further on. The reception was fine and the communication with José went well, The house was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sun during these winter days. We would love to come back!

Macarena, was a fantastic host. The apartment is fairly new, clean and well organized. It had all the basics to make our stay very comfortable. Located in a beautiful neighborhood of Rota and being a Penthouse with large balcony allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. Great communication, we actually had a family medical emergency during our stay. She quickly offered her assistance. We highly recommend and would hope to use again during our next stay.

We were allowed to stay in this super nice apartment for a week. The location is perfect and right by the sea. The center is within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped, coffee maker, lovely balcony, nice living room, luxurious bathroom, and quiet area. Parking was possible in front of the door and from the balcony we could see if there was enough wind for kite surfing😃. The host was super helpful and always responded to all questions. I'll definitely come back here next time!

A few days of rest and disconnection in a beautiful setting

Ana has always been considerate and responsive. The accommodation is very well located on the edge of the beach promenade. And very close to the city center. You can do anything on foot. The home is in a quiet location Perfect!

Comfortable house, with everything necessary to be well, with immense light and, for me and because I like the beach and sea, a 2-minute walk from the sand! It is also very close to restaurants, grocery stores and neighborhood supermarkets. In short, an excellent space and Fernando was clear, flexible and friendly. We will certainly return!

The apartment is great. Super comfortable beds, full kitchen, well airtight windows, I have no complaint of anything.
