The house is the same as the descriptions! Gustavo always ready to meet us before and during our stay! We can't use the whole house, but it has a very nice outdoor area, only the barbecue that is inside the aisle, where there is another suite, I don't know if it would work very well, but for rainy days to look great. We were in 4 couples and 1 child, the rooms served us super well, but only 1 of them had no air conditioning, in these hot days in Floripa it was missed for 1 couple. I believe that there may be a modernization in some environments that have left to be desired, which are details but make a difference, some old furniture without a door and a little bamboo, table attached to the well-worn wall of use (may even fall, if it has weight), etc. In short, the house is very spacious and held 9 people very well. The kitchen is complete with utensils available. The house is close to markets and conveniences, it is close to the beaches of Joaquina and Campeche and with great locomotion between the south and the north. I recommend it!

Our stay was great. The house matched the pictures. It was very clean and tidy. In previous evaluations I read that the kitchen was a bit deafened, which does not correspond to reality, because in the kitchen there is the necessary equipment for a stay at the beach. Bathrooms are new and clean. The bedding was new, as was the pillows. We will certainly return to the house.

We stayed for 10 days at Vanessa's house and were surprised by the place. The house is very cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood and is excellent for resting. It is at the end of the street near a trail on the beach of Mozambique. The interior is very welcoming and has everything. The kitchen is complete and the electros work very well, it even has a washing machine. The exterior is also a show apart, it has a really very large lawn that our two pets loved to explore and play. The location is very good, it has markets, restaurants, bakers, parks, beaches all close for those who don't want to get around much. But it's also a few minutes drive from other famous beaches if you want to explore a little bit more. I recommend this accommodation to everyone, we will definitely return.

The apartment is in a condominium with comfortable and nice facilities. The apartment has the amenities described, it's fine for 8 people. Easy access and convenience. The only thing not so good is that it was not in its best cleaning condition or counting on all the kitchen utensils.

The house is located very close to other beaches such as Sonho beach and Embau Guard, we got Uber easily on the days we need it. There are several markets nearby. It was worth the stay. We felt very welcome. The apartment is extremely complete, has everything from electron cutlery, useful for everyday life. She left bedding and towels all clean and very smelling. The apartment is very functional and cozy! The hostess responded to the messages very quickly, always demounting a lot of education. I've already saved her contact, we'll come back more often. The hut is wonderful, more beautiful in person than in the photos, rustic details we love, super clean and organized, all equipped with everything you need in every room. Nearby shops, markets, barzinhos and pharmacies! Paulo and Rita are nota 1000!!! Always attentive and concerned in every detail, we were greeted with caipirinha when we arrived from the beach. The connection with the nature is fantastic. We felt at home!! They answer all the questions we had quickly! We love the stay and will come back more often for sure!

We loved the place, simple house but with everything we needed (the most complete we took by Airbnb) from ironing toaster, toaster, blender, towels, towels, towels, dish cloth, literally complete with everything you will need, they are very capricious and caring about the home, we took the key to the house and everything was clean and smelling of home spray a delight, bed clothes and baths and smells. And in the day to day to see how capricious Ivana is with things, we love it even more for being a super wooded place and with doghi, the garden is super cared for, the many kind and accessible hosts. We'll be back for sure!

Perfect stay! Full house, you don't have to worry about almost nothing, three great bedrooms, clean, large bathrooms, two kitchens with multiple amenities, and a pool perfect for relaxing. Wonderful kiosk to spend family time when you're not on the beach. Beautiful House, in great condition and well decorated. Very good location, allows you to go to the beach of Pronta do Papagaio and Praia do Mar Aberto apé. It is also not far from Praia da Pinheira and Praia do Sonho, less than 10 minutes by car. We managed to go to almost all the sights of the Palhoça coastline, and without going long distances. Certainly one of the best and most comfortable places to be with family visiting the region. Host Silvia always attentive and left nothing missing. It was very worth it.

There is a Kids space facing the hostel where my son and those of the other guests loved and Mrs. Khrystyna very kind , lovely and attentive to me and her guests...Congratulations...

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will return.

We found the space exactly as in the description and the host showed kindness and pro-activity. The Condominium is secure and the place is quiet. But the beach in front of the Condominium is a fishermen's beach. It is not inviting and was not fit for bathing. The tourist beaches of Palhoça are between 20 and 25 km away (on average 25 minutes by car). I give this information, because for sure I wish I had received it before I went. For those who do not mind moving, I recommend the site for cost benefit.
