Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Massachusetts

Madison has been an exemplary host, and the house was a great fit for 6 adults and 4 kids aged 4, 3, 1 and below 1. Even though we came for only a few days, I had lots of questions. Madison always responded promptly and helpfully. The host went beyond the call of duty by checking with cleaners when house became available, and facilitating an earlier check-in. That was greatly appreciated by our party. The house layout with bedrooms on two floors was perfect for us, where some kids who wake up real early slept on one floor, and others who wake up later are on another floor. Huge dinner table that could fit us all. Lack of clutter that let the energetic kids move around freely. Three bathrooms conveniently located, one on each floor. The availability of good quality, foldable beach chairs and a beach umbrella were a huge plus. The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, where we enjoyed walking, jogging or pushing strollers.

Clifford's place worked out perfectly for my crew that was working in the area for a multi week project. I would definitely book again if we have more work in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Ariana's beautiful home (which is exactly as it is described). Cozy and stylish! And the local surroundings / Sandwich area is full of interesting things to do - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Ariana!

Beautiful location with great views while sitting by fire pit or even from inside house. Split level allows for some alternative sleeping arrangements which worked great for us. Listing spot on with description and photos. As advertised. Host quick to respond to inquiries. I would highly recommend. I would to stay here again. Thank you

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location provides quick access to a number of highways. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and cookware. Everyone loved the heated floors and we were glad to be able to bring our dog and take him on walks in a quiet neighborhood.

Had a great stay in Chatham at this Airbnb. Heather the host was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The place was very well located in Chatham, well appointed and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay there, including a pack and play for our 16 month old. Would highly recommend a stay here to anyone.

This is our second time staying at Jimmy's. The location is great and the apartment is really spacious and comfortable. Jimmy is a great host.

The location and the parking availability are just wonderful! 10-ish minutes driving to downtown Boston, and we parked in the driveway of the apartment building. One thing to note: you do need to climb the stairs. We didn’t mind it though (adding more fun while living there).

Wow… Just what we hoped it would be. Although we didn’t spend much time inside, it was a great place to be nonetheless. Just as advertise. Right in the center of town with easy access to all there is to see in Newburyport. First class lodging for sure.

Great place, the house is wonderful, we like it a lot... the house was very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, the street is very quiet to park the car... Tesfaye very helpful, friendly,.. I would definitely go back to rent this house ..

I can’t express enough how much I love this home!! The kitchen is perfect for cooking and very well equipped!! The couch was very comfortable!! The T station was so close we barely needed the car which was great!! I will be back in the summer to book again!! Love this house so much! If u ever want to sell it I’ll be happy to take it off your hands 😂 😂💕💕💕💕

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

What a darling space! We felt right at home. It was quiet and cute inside and we were able to really relax. Thank you, Sam for such creating an inviting living area!

Amir’s condo was perfect for what I was looking for. It had all the kitchen essentials for my month-long stay, and the place was neat, tidy, and perfect for studying or working during the day with little to no noise from outside. Parking was right out front with easy in/out. Amir was proactive whenever I had any questions, and he resolved things right away. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place in the area.

Debra had a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The balcony was especially enjoyable. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Sam was a great host! He was very helpful and quite nice. The condo was a beautiful little place and looked exactly like the photos. Very clean and homey. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

We always book with Dawn! Her place is amazing. We feel right at home. She ensures the house has everything you could need in case you forget something. There are extra details to make your stay more comfortable. Her linens are softer than mine at home! There is plenty of space for my family of five to stay comfortably. I highly recommend booking here! We can’t wait until our next stay here.

We had a relaxing weekend getaway staying with our two kiddos at Courtney’s place. Great location in Brewster and serene surroundings. Instructions were clear and the apartment was a perfect fit for our family of four! We would love to stay again in the future :)
