Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Massachusetts

Madison has been an exemplary host, and the house was a great fit for 6 adults and 4 kids aged 4, 3, 1 and below 1. Even though we came for only a few days, I had lots of questions. Madison always responded promptly and helpfully. The host went beyond the call of duty by checking with cleaners when house became available, and facilitating an earlier check-in. That was greatly appreciated by our party. The house layout with bedrooms on two floors was perfect for us, where some kids who wake up real early slept on one floor, and others who wake up later are on another floor. Huge dinner table that could fit us all. Lack of clutter that let the energetic kids move around freely. Three bathrooms conveniently located, one on each floor. The availability of good quality, foldable beach chairs and a beach umbrella were a huge plus. The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, where we enjoyed walking, jogging or pushing strollers.

Clifford's place worked out perfectly for my crew that was working in the area for a multi week project. I would definitely book again if we have more work in the area.

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

Home was very cute and met our needs. It snow while there and Craig messaged to see if we needed to be plowed out. They did an amazing job! The stay was great!

Beautiful location with great views while sitting by fire pit or even from inside house. Split level allows for some alternative sleeping arrangements which worked great for us. Meredith communicated clearly, and her space was super-convenient to my sports team which was in town for a meet at Look Park (.25 miles away!) Couldn't have asked for a better place. We cooked a full breakfast in the huge kitchen each morning.

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location provides quick access to a number of highways. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and cookware. Everyone loved the heated floors and we were glad to be able to bring our dog and take him on walks in a quiet neighborhood.

Had a great stay in Chatham at this Airbnb. Heather the host was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The place was very well located in Chatham, well appointed and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay there, including a pack and play for our 16 month old. Would highly recommend a stay here to anyone.

We had such a lovely stay! Jayne was friendly, responsive, and flexible and the house was cozy and well appointed. Loved the comfy king sized bed and the electric stove in the living room especially! Very close to town and super reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

The loft was incredible. It was peaceful for being right downtown. Tons of character while making you feel right at home. The bed and linens were excellent! Can’t wait to stay again.

Had an enjoyable time at George's listing. If I travel back to Boston in the future will for sure consider staying here again if available. Very close to stores and restaurants.

Susan is a remarkable host. She has the perfect balance of both being available yet providing her guests with complete privacy. The suite was perfect. Everything is in impeccable condition. It is spacious, immaculate with glistening hardwood floors and has a huge spa-like bathroom. The unit is well designed and she has thought of so many details to make the space really comfortable. I was able to relax in the window area in the sun overlooking the perfect views of Northnampton, while peaking at the tv and all while being pet friendly. There is nothing I would suggest changing. Also, I am 6’ tall and I found the angled ceilings at the edges of this third floor Victorian home to not be a problem at all. In addition the stairways to the third floor were wide and relatively low-rise, making it an easy walk up. As a Superhost myself, I highly recommend this Airbnb as one of the nicest Airbnb places I have booked and Susan was a delight..

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

Amir is a great host! I stayed at his place for two months for work and had no issues. The place was very clean and quiet and had everything I needed for a long term stay. Amir is very responsive and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going good! Very friendly host and was flexible with helping me with dates as sometimes my work can be changed quickly. Debra had a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The balcony was especially enjoyable. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

Beautiful little spot on Cape Cod! The condo was private, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. My daughter loved loved loved the en suite bathroom! The beds and living room furniture were both very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. Courtney was very responsive and she answered all of my questions. Check-in was super easy.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this charming, clean apartment. It was the perfect size for two people and the location on Commercial Street was ideal for accessing everything in Ptown. Paul was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed and answered questions promptly. Thank you!
