Chiara's place is as described. It is clean and in a great location, very close to the tram stop that takes you to the train station in a few minutes and then to the city center. Apartment in a newly built and peaceful setting. Great parking at the apartment's disposal. Chiara is a very nice and helpful host. Communication with her is great and provides very useful tips for both restaurants and things to do. Recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying with 8 other friends at Dani's apartment for one night. The apartment is in a really convenient location to visit Florence in Piedi (there are several places for meals and parking a few minutes from the house)! The description and photos of the listing are very accurate and match the reality of the listing. Dani was immediately friendly, helpful, and responsive. Overall we had a really great time and if we were to return to Florence we would like to stay with you again!

We stayed at Lorenzo’s apartment for a long weekend. It was in an amazing location - walkable to most of the key spots in Florence, very close to the station so we were able to easily travel out to Siena and Lucca. The flat was spotless, well equipped and comfy. The views from the balcony make it special! The hosts were really helpful. I asked for somewhere to store our bags after check out and they let us keep the apartment for most of the day :-) Thank you Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time in Florence and the apartment was a great location within easy 15 minutes walk of the main sites. The accommodation was spacious clean and a truly traditional Italian experience with high ceilings marble floors and tall shuttered windows. Beds were comfortable and no street noise at night. The kitchen was very well equiped and we had everything needed to cook meals in the evenings. we enjoyed the bottle of Chianti. thank you!!! Federico was a perfect host with great suggestions for museums, sites and food. We recommend l'ritrovino de servi for amazing lunchtime food near the Duomo and we enjoyed Trattoria Baldini for an evening meal. great welcome at both of these. Thank you Federico for a perfect stay. We hope to return!

The apartment was right in the centre of Florence and very close to everything. Sylvia, who greeted us, was absolutely lovely and communicated everything perfectly. Very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We would stay again if we find ourselves in Florence in the future.

A very comfortable flat, quiet, clean, short walk from train station. Close to everything. Host met me at check in and was available and very friendly. Bathroom was nice and remodeled. Highly recommend.

Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. I had a great time: small characteristic and very quiet village; the accommodation is really comfortable, well heated, it feels like home and Mrs. Piera is very friendly and helpful.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

Lovely place and host !

We had a wonderful week at Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. From the garden you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains and you can also take a nice hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her home. We could ask her at any time if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. We really enjoyed the fireplace instead. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love peace and seclusion, the house is ideal

Old classic house which is well renovated and clean. There was all we needed. Super quiet and private with cosy garden full of olive trees. On top of that there’s 2 lovely cats who stayed arround the house most of the time and gave us company. Simon is s nice guy, who responds within a minute. We really enjoyed out stay, I can’t remember any downs.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very modern and has everything you need. Angelo answered very quickly and gave us very good tips for good restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed breakfast on the nice terrace. Levanto is a perfect place to stay if you want to go hiking in the Cinque Terre area, nice, small town and not so crowded as in the other Cinque Terre towns. The apartment is very close (walking distance) to both the train station, the supermarket and the town centre.

Lovely little house, clean, it was warm and rustic like grandma's! 15 minutes from La Spezia, secluded place but that's what we were looking for. Shops nearby (supermarket, butcher, small village restaurant). Bedding was comfortable, the heating was nice. Francesco's mom welcomed us with bcp of kindness! It was a little wet because there was a lot of rain during the stay but nothing bothersome. We will keep a nice memory of this stay!

I booked for two colleagues on a business trip who were comfortable in Elisa's accommodation, especially for the quiet area and the ease of parking for a van.

A very nice place to discover Florence but also to escape tourist activities. Public transport is easy to reach and you can reach the city center very easily on foot (20min) The apartment has all the basics and you have all the essentials to cook and make an Italian coffee! We strongly recommend!

Cecilia is a very kind and caring person. Her house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. The house has everything and there's air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk along you get to the promenade and the beach resorts (we recommend Amedeo bath) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Cecilia

The terrace is absolutely magical! One of the highlights of our trip was just sitting out there and looking out at Florence. The stairs are rough, but it’s worth it. Book it!!!

House in a strategic location, very close to the station. The main monuments are easily and comfortably reached on foot, in any case the tram is very close. Being close to the station for the evening it is a little less convenient to take public transport or walk, but the stretch is walkable with a low-cost taxi. The house looks like the photos: very clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort, it seems to be in your own home. The host is great, friendly, helpful and offers great communication. I had a great stay, highly recommended
