Family-friendly holiday rentals in Maryland

We had a great time! William & Liz’s space is just as advertised. Our dog loved having so much space to run free, and we really appreciated the peace of mind that their fenced in “side yard” provided. Would definitely recommend!

Jared was a great host - super responsive and friendly if we needed anything. The hot tub was perfect for after a long day of hiking - great location to stay at to visit the Catskills!

We spent 6 nights at Badlands for winter break with our 3 children to ski at Belleayre Mountain (5 min away) . The house is perfect. Open, spacious, spotless clean with some lovely features such as fireplace, hot tub and carpeting upstairs to make it very cozy. The dining table has ample seating for a big group as we had family nearby who came for dinner. We also made use of the swing set outside for our toddler. Bruce and Leigh were extremely responsive to questions and made our stay all the better for their excellent communication. We will be back!!!

Words cannot express how happy we were with Rick’s Rental! Clean, Beautiful, Spacious and very well thought out. Everything we needed was there for our Thanksgiving family getaway. The rooms were very accommodating with the “good cable” TV options . I can’t say enough about how cool the game room is. We were snowed in for 4 days and did not get bored. The deck had the most breathtaking views and the hot tub was the cherry on top ! I would definitely rent again ♥️♥️♥️Thank you Rick for sharing your beautiful home 🏠

My family and I stayed at the lake house for a long weekend. We had such an amazing time! The house is wonderful. There's plenty of room for everyone. Everyone had their own space, but we were able to come together and hang out in the open concept kitchen, dining room, living room. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook and make meals. We all felt right at home. Oh, and the view! It is absolutely stunning. My sister brought her dogs who loved running around outside. The kids and the adults loved the air hockey and foosball in the basement. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. We also visited the Heartbreak Hotel for a fabulous dinner and had the pancakes at Buckhill Farms which were amazing. In fact, everything there was amazing there. We highly recommend! Our host Helen was so wonderful and accommodating. The check in and out was smooth and easy. We will definitely be back!

David & Tanya were absolutely wonderful hosts! My friends and I had an amazing time at their home! It was very clean, the amenities were plentiful, and only minutes from both Belleayre & Plattekill Mountain! We had such a great time, & if there were ever any questions/concerns, David was only a call away. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful & quaint stay in upstate NY!

Great house. When you pull up you have no idea the surprise waiting for you in the back. The house was about 15 minutes from All Star Village- it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of baseball. Each floor of the house has a deck off the back - and the view is spectacular. We kayaked, bbq'ed and swam in the lake. We can't wait to go back.

This is a regular airbnb for us. We love the wood burning stove, hot tub and piano. We really like coming here to decompress in the fall or winter. A very relaxing place away from any city problems

My wife and I have stayed multiple times at the Delaware house in Andes , NY . We have stayed in studios in the Long House and have stayed in the Main Delaware house . All of it is great and comfortable , this weekend we had the main house to ourselves with two cats and had a great weekend , super cozy and clean . Andes is a great middle ground area for us to stay because we enjoy driving around seeing different farms , hiking , restaurants and discovering new towns, although Andes is our quiet town to enjoy some peace. Much to offer .

We stayed at Arin’s Catskills A Frame for a ski weekend. Only a short drive to hunter and surrounding towns. It was the perfect stay for a quick weekend getaway. Highly recommend! It’s a beautiful house that is decorated in such a way that brings out tranquility. Arin is super communicative and helpful with any questions & checkin / checkout.

Simply beautiful, charming and cozy stay. The waterfall was amazing, it was frozen but I think that made it even more beautiful, its a short hike to the fall and in my 2-day stay I went about 5 times. Even cold plunged in the fall! The wood stove is so toasty and they have an abundance of wood to last all winter. The kitches has literally everything you can think of and you can tell a food lover lives here. There's even binders with tons of recipes that seems to be made throughout decades, super cool. Overall great stay and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic fall family trip here. This was our second time staying at Gavin and Alison’s and it was even better than the first! Beautiful fall foliage, very clean home, excellent communication with the hosts. We enjoyed so many indoor and outdoor fires, played games, and the dogs loved running in the backyard. The creek is a must see! Thanks for everything, can’t wait to return!

Lovely place to stay in a beautiful peaceful quiet farm property . 15 minute drive to Cooperstown/Brewery Ommegang. Emily was extremely friendly and helpful upon check-in with amazing local recommendations. We went to Origins Cafe for dinner and it was incredible. The space looks nicer than the photos and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would return in a heartbeat.

Lindsay’s home is lovely. We felt right at home as soon as we opened the door. Warm and welcoming. It was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable Everything was provided. The location can’t be beat. I love Phoenicia and it was great to be right in town. Walkable to restaurants, markets, shops. We were supposed to have 4 people but we only had 3 but even so, plenty of space for everyone. I would definitely rent her place again.

Rebecca was a wonderful host and her beautiful cottage in Margaretville was the perfect and coziest getaway. Would 100% book again. The little town of Margaretville is super cute with lots of boutique shops. Can’t recommend enough.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The open space and stunning views made it a perfect getaway for my wife, our dog, and me. We loved the peaceful seclusion while still being close to everything we needed. The pond was a lovely feature, adding to the charm of the place. Amazing yard! Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!

We had a fantastic time at the cabin. Andres is a great communicator and was very helpful. The cabin was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the board games and the snowy garden and we found everything we needed to cook. The location is great, close to skiing and stores, but also quiet and picturesque in the woods. We would love to visit again in the future.

We enjoyed our time at this location. The hosts were very responsive when we needed them. During our stay the toaster over was not working. They dropped off a new one within 10 minutes! Fantastic. Thanks for the great stay.

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

We recently stayed at Tom’s house while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. Tom greeted us upon arrival, offered us great recommendations, provided a tour of the house and any details we would need for our stay. The house and property is generous and peaceful. We felt right at home. It was a seamless ride to CASV, Cooperstown and Oneonta. Make a point to stop at Weaver’s farm for fresh bread, baked goods, deli, grilling items and any other essentials you may need. We highly recommend Tom’s house and would absolutely rent again when we are in the area.

Rob's home is directly across the street from Cooperstown Dreams Park and was the perfect spot for us to watch our 12 year old play. I could easily run my parents home between games to cool off in the A/C. The pool was a welcome spot for several of the boys on the team and the coaches. Rob was very kind, and welcoming. A perfect stay for any family playing at Dreams Park!

We were staying at this rental because our son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village for the week. We received quite a few notifications leading up, and even including an earlier check-in time. Everything that we needed was available to us, and we truly felt at home. Would definitely rent from them again if we end up coming up here again for one of our other sons. And the added pens, when we arrived where I hit with my younger boys. Thank you so much!
