Holiday rentals with breakfast in Martinez

Could not have been happier. It had everything you would need for a great stay. We even named a few of the birds and other wild life that we saw! It really does feel like a home and very comfortable. The hand written welcome letter was a nice touch! You will not believe the seclusion and proximity to everything. We were there for the Masters Tournament and everything was a breeze!

Wonderful place to stay for the Masters. Very easy drive up Washington to the free parking. The house was spotless. It is very comfortable with a beautiful and private backyard. It’s an older home but very tastefully remodeled. The house was a classic place to stay in an established residential neighborhood. Very spacious home with large bedrooms.

Evan was a great host. The home was far beyond my expectations. Very comfortable and very spacious. We stayed for 2 nights to watch the Masters, and what a great place to relax after a full day away. This place exceeded my expectation in every way.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. House is a perfect location for anyone looking to use it for the Masters. Mary-Margaret was responsive throughout and very friendly. She made sure we felt right at home! Everything was great from the bedrooms, living area, kitchen and multiple bathrooms. 6 people stayed on our trip and there was more than enough room! I would thoroughly recommend. Thanks again!

William was incredible and sp is his home! extremely responsive and accommodating. I love his home and have been renting it longer term due to a remodeling in my home. The view from the sunroof is breathtaking, and I loved that it has it's own office space for work/school.

A very comfortable stay for an 8-week period. Close to excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bars and good nightlife. Despite this, the actual location is remarkably quiet and very safe for a downtown area. I would have no qualms about staying here again should I need to return to Augusta.

This place was awesome and very affordable. Joseph was a great host and always very responsive. Everything matched the description and the pictures.
