Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Martínez

We loved our stay in Buenos Aires. The townhouse is in a nice location just on the edge of the Palermo district. There are some amazing restaurants walkable from the house, La Alacena was favorite of ours! The house is modern and well furnished, with great bedrooms and lots of space to spread out. Our group of 6 never felt cramped or on top of each other. We didn’t use the kitchen for anything more than breakfast and afternoon snacks, but it seemed well equipped. The rooftop pool was an awesome retreat after a hot day exploring - you will love this place! Additional everyone was so helpful getting us directions, a great guidebook of places, and arranging transfers for us to the airport.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Staying in Casa Gorriti for a month felt like living in a palace in the middle of the city. It was amazing! The house is an impeccable location, easily walkable through several neighborhoods. We regularly walked 20 mins to the Plaza Italia subte station to get around, but also got several Ubers/Cabify easily from our place. There are endless options of amazing restaurants nearby, and also a well stocked kitchen we used regularly. Groceries were convenient to get from many shops within 2-10 minutes walk. We took advantage of the excellent parrilla to grill as well! I worked remotely the whole time. WiFi was great, and I was able to get a comfortable setup with the desk upstairs. My favorite amenity was the rooftop terrace. We spent lots of time with our morning coffee, having lunch, or sipping wine in the evening. I wouldn’t recommend this place for those who are sensitive to noise at night. You can hear the nightlife until super late most days. Absolutely loved our stay here!!

This is an old house (with the quirks of an old house), in a local historical style, that has been partially renovated with newer bedrooms and bathrooms in the front. It has a very nice back garden with a pool and a parilla bbq. There are lots of shops within a block or two, and it is within walking distance of all of the great restaurants and bars around Plaza Serrano. Our kids really loved the swimming pool and playing ping pong and foosball in the courtyard. Overall an excellent stay!

Nicolás's stay is really spectacular because of the type of property that is from the end of the 19th century, its high ceilings, but the best, the art that he has, is great. Between books, paintings, lamps, etc. one feels like an aristocratic. Its views of the congress and the Barolo Palace combined with the sunsets and the moon, were the best! The only thing we didn't love is that it does not have air conditioning, although it is fixed with floor fans, which is recommended for a fabulous stay. Thank you very much for such an amazing stay.

Lovely old apartment with wooden floor and a big terrace (As shown on the pictures), which I liked a lot! As the sleeping room faces the street it’s a little loud, which is quite normal for Palermo. Very friendly communication with Sebastian and Elena- thank you!

This was a perfect place for a few days’ stay in BA for our group of 4. Charming, convenient, well-stocked,etc.

Very good stay with Paola and Sergio who go out of their way to welcome you warmly with lots of tips for discovering the city. Immediate proximity to the train station very pleasant and convenient. Playing areas for children. Quiet and safe residential neighborhood.

Great time staying in BA at Marcelo’s condo. - Marcelo gave clear instructions for check-in - Marcelo allowed me to check in a few hours earlier (once the cleaning crew was done) - Marcelo was very responsive to questions that I asked - Marcelo sent recommendations for activities every morning - The condo itself was in a secure building in a good neighborhood. - Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants within walking distance - Transportation (bikes, buses, subway) was within a <15min walk from the condo Overall no major complaints and when I return to BA I’ll try to stay there again

It’s a nice place, the only thing missed was wine cups, we wanted to celebrate and that wasn’t present.

the place is just like the photos, everything is impeccable, the building is very quiet, ideal to rest, Gabriel was very friendly and attentive, I solve all the concerns we had, I even wait until late for check-in

My parents and I had a wonderful time at Cynthia’s place. The location was perfect with lots to do around the area. If you are looking for a place that feels like home I would suggest you book here. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool. Thank you for such a beautiful time in BS
