!!!! The flat is disinfected with UV-C light after every guest Modern apartment in the very heart of Žilina is the best place for a visit to the city. It is suitable for couples, friends, individuals or families with children. The apartment is 3 min walking distance from the historical center and also 3 min to the shopping malls. The transport connection (train and bus station) is approximately 4min walk from the apartment. Although it is located in the center, it is a quiet and spacious place.

The apartment is near the town of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 25€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.
