Very comfortable and cozy, in a great part of the Cape. Kitchen has all you need, good set up for a couple or even small family. One note, not a huge problem: the fireplace is only ornamental. Bed is comfortable, might be too soft for some. Very helpful and friendly host, gave clear instructions but respected privacy. Thanks so much!

Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. This is my 12th Airbnb and easily the best one yet. Great location, kind host, completely renovated home, comfortable beds, cozy seating…I could go on and on! Enjoyed the fire pit, they even have blankets for outside if you need it! This home was absolutely spotless, I wish I could have my house cleaned by whoever cleans this house. Everything was so well thought out and just perfect. Thank you for an amazing visit to Cape Cod :)

Brian was very accommodating with a last-minute booking. Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication with another rental location and found ourselves on the island without a spot to stay. Brian was very responsive and got us into this cute apartment without any delay and saved our vacation. We were very lucky to find such a centrally located and well-cared-for apartment on such short notice.

Our stay was comfortable and cozy. Our host, Shawn, was communicative, kind and helpful. Overall, would recommend this location and host to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a cozy home.

Keith and Amy's place was outstanding! The location was secluded, scenic, and peaceful, yet close to everything Falmouth has to offer. The house was beautiful and ideal for getting ready for my wedding with my groomsmen and parents. It was more spacious than I expected and super clean and comfortable. Likely the nicest Airbnb I've stayed in and I encourage anyone to jump on the opportunity to stay here for a week or weekend on the Cape.

I am so glad I found Judy’s AirBnB when searching for accommodations in Cape Cod! Her home is beautiful, but what really stood out was her proactive communication and clear investment that we had a wonderful trip. We took advantage of many of Judy’s local recommendations for things to do in Cape Cod and had the best trip.

What a wonderful stay! John is a welcoming and friendly host. We were in Dartmouth for bike rides and the beach, and John had great recommendations for local spots. The house is very cozy and full of books and local art and artifacts. The location is scenic and quiet, with great stargazing at night and birdwatching during the day.

Very nice place. Clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again.
