Nøset - skipper house from 1743

Charming little thatched holiday home with room for 4. The ceiling is low (176-183 cm and a little less under the beams). Cozy living room with dining and sofa space. Own small kitchen with access to small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small harbors. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the archipelago path and bike routes start close by and buses are free on the island.

Here are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fishing cleaning area and a lovely large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. In one of Marstal's many small idyllic streets is this cozy, low-ceilinged townhouse. This cozy home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The home contains on the ground floor an entrance hall, cozy living room, dining room as well as kitchen and bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find two rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a toilet. Washing machine and dishwasher are available at the property. I vil elske min bolig på grund af udsigten til vandet fra alle rum og kæmpeterrassen, hvorfra I kikker ned på den lille strand med bålsted. I vil også nyde at grille mens I nyder udsigten over vandet, og med den nye havestue har I fået et ekstra rum på hele 35 m2. Med opredninger (ekstra betaling) kan I være 6 gæster i tre separate værelser. For lystfiskere er det bare på med vaders og direkte ud i vandet - ørrederne står lige uden for huset. I er tæt på bageren og Thurøs eneste spisested.

Welcome to our lovely, renovated townhouse of 63 m2, located in one of Marstal's most idyllic streets a few minutes walk from everything. The house is on two levels and has a cozy living room with possibility of bedding, a dining room and a nice small kitchen with access to a closed, south-facing courtyard. The 1st floor has two separate bedrooms. You bring your own bed linen, towels and the like. The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Smaller dogs are also welcome.

Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 m to the beach and right by the hiking and biking trails.

Bright and spacious annex - even if it is only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places on the hoist and one on the tray in the living room.
