Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Marrakesh

The house was new and clean. Chawki was very helpful and responsive. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back again.

The hosts were lovely and the location of the riad was very good. It was around 30-minute away from the Medina and there were many food spots near the Riad. The pool was a bit too small compared to the pictures, but everything else was as good as described. The breakfasts included were very nice and we loved the rooftop dinner organised by the host (keep in mind you have to request it and pay extra). Lovely experience, definitely recommend!

we had a great stay at the riad. the location is great, quiet and 2 steps from the djema el Fnaa. square the communication before and during the stay was more than perfect. The team is super responsive, attentive to requests, always reachable Thank you Hannah and Hamid you were perfect! The riad complies with the photos and very well-equipped. The house is exactly as pictured, see better in real life. It's very beautiful, nice and cozy. This house has so much charm. My Friends and I felt out of place. I celebrated my birthday there, we had an unforgettable time. Really a big thank you to Fatiha, who was exceptional throughout our stay and very kind. Super fluid communication, great help, and great tips. She did everything she could to make our stay a success. And all this only in writing. Exceptional. Thank you again, because my very first stay in Marrakech was a great success. I recommend it!

Great villa, quiet and peaceful. you may need a car to get to marrakesh but can always get taxi, apart from that great place to say.

Very nice place. I was unlucky with the weather. It was very cold and couldn’t use the pool and sunbathing area. Gym there is missing another dumbbell or new onces which are not filled with sand but they have TRX bands and bike I could use for my workout

The best thing I liked about Zaav is the pool. 😻😻 And the dar is pure in the zaf of the blessing and one of the calm in it is strange ✔️

Me and my family stayed in this accommodation for around 6 days. It was a lovely experience! It was located in the Golf course area, and it was a private residence so the area was quiet. Additionally, the flat was extremely well maintained and clean as well as beautifully decorated (same as the pictures provided). The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Mr Amine was a very helpful and responsive host. Overall, my family and I loved the accommodation and would definitely consider coming back.

Wow what a beautiful place to stay! Salome was such a kind and generous host, making sure our time in Marrakech went smoothly. The Airbnb was in amazing condition and felt like our own little getaway. We will be recommending this place to our friends

Incredible stay with an incredible host! We had a great time staying at Xavier’s and received some brilliant recommendations. He was always helpful and on call if we ever needed anything and the house is incredibly homely. Already looking to go back! Would highly recommend to go especially for big groups.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Y located in the Akhdar estate, just 20 minutes from Marrakech. A big thank you to Yann for his smooth and responsive communication before our arrival, which made the organization very simple. A huge thank you also to Myriam for her warm welcome, availability and especially for the exceptional quality of breakfasts and meals. We highly recommend this property for a peaceful and unforgettable stay!

We absolutely loved our time at Sabrina’s - absolutely stunning house and gardens, so very peaceful and relaxing. Sabrina’s housekeeper Zineb took such good care of us and cooked delicious meals for us, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can’t recommend her place more highly.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. As a family of family with 5 kids we needed somewhere spacious as this place did not disappoint. The pictures do not do the place justice. It was clean and well kept and everything we needed was to hand. Loufia welcomed us personally and gave us clear instructions as well as spa treatments which were available on site. We took full advantage of this and the girls who came to do the treatments were lovely. I personally had a massage and it left me feeling very relaxed. The booking also came with breakfast included was a huge bonus and it was delicious, Loufia as a host was very responsive. She would respond very quickly to any queries or issues we had. The onsite caretaker was also lovely and always available for handy jobs. From start to finish we had a wonderful stay and I cannot find a fault. Thank you very much Loufia.

It was exceptional and up to our expectations, thank you very much to Jaoued. The place is much more amazing than in the photos, we were very surprised by the place which is very warm and discreet. The staff is very discreet and answers all your questions, as is Jaoued who is very responsive. He took the time to come see us and tell us about the city and all the splendor of Marrakech.
