Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Märkischer Kreis

Our family of four had a great time staying with Anna and Max. The two are wonderful, open and warm hosts, who are careful that their guests spend a relaxing time in the forest cottage and can explore the area freshly strengthened on the first morning. The house itself is very nicely decorated and super clean. The rooms offer ample space and equipped with everything you need for a few days. From the house you can immediately start a forest walk and meet deer. Needless to say, the dog also felt really comfortable. But other excursions and adventures are also close by. For example, if you want to climb Cologne Cathedral or take a look at the highest railway bridge in Germany, it is not far. Anna and Max are also willing to give helpful tips. Thank you so much for everything!

We had a lovely, relaxing week in Uta's cottage. It was Ales what we needed and the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. So: Beautiful all around. Thanks Uta and see you maybe another time.

We had a four day stay at this beautiful place. The charming half-timbered house in the Bergisches Land is furnished with a lot of love for detail and equipped with everything you need (especially with children). For children, there is also an ample range of games - to the delight of all guests. The owners Andrea and Axel are warm and gave us great (child-friendly) tips for excursions in the area. Family communication and check-in went smoothly. We will be happy to come back. Great recommendation!

We spent a beautiful time there. Unfortunately there is no parking( the house only includes one parking space and the other is private).

The witch's cottage is really quite enchanting and decorated with a lot of imagination. There is everything you need, from coffee to sweets and a bottle of wine to various basic foodstuffs, etc. And despite lush decor, everything is sparkling clean and well maintained. We will be happy to come back!

I spent four wonderful weeks in Annalena's apartment and felt completely comfortable. The place was very clean, neat and well equipped. The location is simply fantastic – in the middle of nature, surrounded by sheep, goats, super sweet donkeys and llamas. It was a real pleasure to wake up in this idyllic tranquility in the morning. If you love relaxation and nature, this is the case. I would love to come back anytime!

Flexible checking in, could easily arrive late at night. Clean room with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly owner. Would come again!

We used the accommodation for four with two children (12 and 9) as a central starting point for activities in the Ruhr area. Therefore, the location was especially important to us. With about 10 minutes. Walking distance to the nearest train station can be reached very well. The apartment is not large, but well suited for a family for a few days. Otherwise, we particularly liked the great view through the balcony and window and the freely usable small swimming pool. All in all it was a nice time!

We spent New Year's Eve in the Stranzenburg in a small group. Really a beautiful unique house with charm! Ursula was a great host who even greeted us with a cake. If you have any questions, we were always able to reach out and received a quick response. We were all very comfortable.

We stayed in Irina's apartment for 3 days and enjoyed it very much. The host is friendly, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and is located in a beautiful place on the lake shore! Highly recommend.

Everything was better than described and in the adjacent forest, which is quickly accessible through the garden, we were all able to really unwind. We spent some nice and quiet days with our dog Rudi during the turn of the year. The accommodation is very nicely located in the countryside, a small farm with cows is located nearby. There are beautiful opportunities for walking and hiking. Exactly the tranquility and seclusion we were looking for! Stefanie and her husband were also very friendly! Thank you for everything! The place was very cosy! The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything. The host was incredibly responsive. Good tram connection to the city center! 10/10

We felt super comfortable right away and Achim was very accommodating and friendly. Since it was my birthday, we were even allowed to do a super nice horseback ride despite the sick staff. Achim entrusted us with one of his horses so we could walk on our own. We will definitely be back in the summer!

The "painting heating" made it wonderfully warm. - From this cottage you can be in Cologne in half an hour by train. - Furthermore, you can also quickly be in nature from the cottage for a nice walk. - We'll probably come back here sometime.
