It's a beautiful house, comfortable , spacious all very nice

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, enjoy 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend it 100% worth it, excellent cuisine and has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the value of the accommodation depends on how many people would stay if I would come back and I highly recommend it

The Most Incredible Experience on this fifth. Everything was in perfect condition, the spaces were well cared for and full of details. It's pet-friendly, which was ideal for our family. The hot pool was a big plus, always clean and ready to enjoy. The audio system is spectacular, and we loved play spaces. A perfect place to relax and have fun!

William's house is just as in the photos and description, everything was very good. The check-in instructions were clear and the communication was excellent, the house was clean and tidy, the rooms with comfortable beds, the kitchen equipped with the necessary (maybe a microwave is necessary), the pool was very good with the hot water. Overall everything was perfect in our stay, thank you for everything

We had a great stay. -Sparkling clean and spacious new house, didn't feel cramped with 10 people sleeping there. -The caretaker lives on site and is available to help with anything. He takes care of the pool, preparing and cleaning it for you, covering it up at night, etc. You'll see him around the property some taking care of everything, but he doesn't get in the way. -We enjoyed the heated pool. It takes a day to really warm up to the max temperature, so it felt pretty cold the first day, but after that was great even when the sun wasn't out. -The chaquiñan bike trail (which goes all the way to Cumbayá, like ~25 miles) is one block away so it's super convenient -Great host, very responsive -The only hiccup we had was that the caretaker wasn't answering his phone to let us in when we first arrived, so we had to wait for 15 minutes, but that was a small thing. Overall, highly recommend - thank you!

it was a nice place she did take some time to respond but once she did it went smoothly. a little bit cool in the apartment but made for good sleep.

It's the 2nd time we went back to this Airbnb and we enjoyed the private environment and how spacious the house is.! It is in a very well located place in the north of Quito and the instructions from Amira were very well described.!

The Gladys house is very large and comfortable, close to the subway, very well equipped, in a neighborhood that offers good services. Gladys was very kind and thoughtful. We hope to be able to come back another time.

Comfortable house, close to everything, the house is as you see it in the photos, Andres is a good host who is always on the lookout. We had three families and everything was great. The house is large and safe.

Wonderful quiet country home

This place is great! When next I return to Quito, I am definitely going to try to stay here again. The OMAMA is a pleasant slice of home that I do not often find in Latin America. There is a cafe on the premises that opens up somewhere around 2 in the afternoon that serves great food too! (I highly recommend the chili and the beverages.) On top of it, Maria and Gloria truly do go above and beyond. I was really sick with food poisoning for a few days, and they made me chicken soup. That is something I rarely encounter in my travels, regardless of where I am. As far as the accommodations, this *is* a tiny-house style of accommodations. I really like that, but it may not be for everyone. The only thing I ever encountered during my stay that I was at all dissatisfied with is that the bathroom sink does not activate the hot water heater, due to flow restrictions (I think there is a kink or blockage in the plumbing). That was it. Five out of five — would most definitely recommend.

Perfect flexibility and good home environment

Enjoyed my stay and would consider a return. The traditional build of the home was a treat. I appreciated the private terrace, indoor sky lights, and spectacular views from nearby Guapulo Park. Low ceilings were a challenge as a taller person. Local storefronts are cash only. Overall, this was an excellent stay that I strongly recommend to anoyone looking for a place not too far from the main city.
