Laura is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The place is great as described and I immediately felt comfortable. Everything is very clean, 2 balconies, 2 sleeping areas and a well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was perfect. Margherita's place is in the center of Policoro, convenient to all amenities. Very close to the supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and the villa with playground for the little ones. We can't help but be satisfied! Thank you for everything and if I have to go back to Policoro I will definitely contact you again. Highly recommended for those like us who were not looking for a place near the sea but in the city center.

Excellent location to visit the historic coast of the Basilica and to quickly reach also places in Puglia and Calabria. The apartment is well-kept and equipped with all the essential amenities including a washing machine, useful for long stays. Vito Antonio was very kind, also giving us valuable tips for local restaurants. Bikes are also present but they are shared with a second accommodation so they may not always be available.

We stayed at Francesca‘s place for the holidays. Veronica, the local guest coordinator, was there to welcome me and my dogs and was available for any questions I had. I was surprised by the size of the apartment as it was a lot bigger than I expected. We had a good time for our holiday getaway to disconnect. I am sure this place is even more amazing for summer holidays. Definitely recommend.

Franco is a really exceptional host, he and his wife welcomed us very well and provided us with all the details of the house in a meticulous way. We spent a very pleasant week of relaxation, and their home is a small corner of paradise for those looking for peace and tranquility. We're already in the process of reorganizing another weekend with them.

Great house in a quiet area but easily walkable to the town center. Upstairs terrace is wonderful. Had an issue unrelated to our housing and Francesco showed up in 5 minutes to save the day! Very grateful.

The views from villa are absolutely breathtaking. I loved the privacy and serene surroundings. The villa itself had country charm with modern amenities and was very clean. I loved the fruit trees and olive grove. We even picked a few limes to add to our water. Having a glass of wine on the veranda and taking in the scenery was the exact southern Italian getaway I had pictured. I read a previous review about bird droppings and bugs, I saw NONE of this. We would definitely return! Jessica was very helpful and gave great recommendations for local eateries. I would say that the town of Pisticci is a little jarring to drive in with narrow streets and cliffs, luckily the property itself is on the outskirts and you don’t have to drive through town to get there. At Jessicas recommendation we found grocery stores and bakeries in the near by towns of Tinchi and Marconia which were wonderful. Also would recommend Marbe as a great restaurant. We loved our stay!
